A tank ran away from a guy with a sword and a grenade.... This is why I watch Anime.
Sounds like Halo
@@funkemonke8084 I hate how accurate you are!!
Up until this day, I still don't know how badass you have to be for a tank to run away FROM you.
Difficulty level "Fuhrer" dude
Theotian Yarttar Difficulty level "Fuher King" Level
Eye patch covering and overpowered eye type of badass
@@balabanasireti that and he only died due what was either a complete fluke or an act of God
yeah!
tanks don't even have legs!
Briggs: We have a tank and dozens of hardened briggs soldiers
Father: We have a Wrath
So true
Captain Buccaneer is such a badass!
"I wasn't trying to save your ass, I was saving the body of the young lord"
"Well, it's the same ass"
xD
Side note: King Bradley is name after a tank (M2 Bradley), the author choose the names of a lot of her characters from military vehicles & aircraft.
BioCapsule this includes mustang and all of his subordinates who are named after military aircraft.
Jacob Mcclendon Knowing Mustang was named after a P-51 makes him even cooler!
I remember about an 18th-19th century cannon named the Armstrong Cannon.
@@GamerGrovyle Banana Cat is a good name.
"Avarice"..."I *want* your life, Wrath"
That gave me CHILLS!
Bonus points for Greed saying Wrath`s name the same way Luci Christian did in the 2003 Anime!
"Now I know... what the bastard who took my granddaughter's arm looks like!"
best line of the episode
Lo Connolly it is definitely a good one but I prefer “Do they expect me to make a complete mockery of myself by entering through the back entrance of my own palace”.
"same ass"
Wrath is so great because they didn't go the "rage beast" route. No, they made the rage internal, like barely concealed scorning hatred that occasionally just bubbles through.
It's a calm calculated hatred for everything and everyone. Which is terrifying.
Old man Fu's entrance is still one of my favourites.. It's so awesome.
Floris Kunst yes I love old man FU he’s one of my favorite characters introduced in brotherhood
I prefer the Fühers entrance :D
That goes without saying! But Fu's just is so awesome because he is just human!
Floris Kunst I love how you hear the clang of the symbols and you know it’s one of the ninjas.
I can't even fathom these guys' level of self restraint that they haven't broken down and just binge watched the whole series in one week.
They have a whole bunch of other series they need to record, that plus their personal life, even if they wanted to they just don't really have the time
Ever Beltrán not true they or at least eric binges a lot of series during his freetime
how do you know they're not just changing the shirts to make it seem like different days but in reality they're binging itself
Damn, it’s hard to believe that’s it been over a year since we started FMAB. It seems like just yesterday that they were reacting to Nina.
CraftofAssassin , ow you monster " flash back to nina " 😢
CraftofAssassin exactly a year sense nina
Man nina... one of the funniest scenes in anime.
Is it ? Damn. What am I doing this whole time..
I've watched this series in like a week, I don't know how could one stretch it out that much.
hahah never bring a tank to a swordfight with Bradley
Pride can only be his shadow self in the tunnel or within central, if he isn't in those places then he has to use his container to move around ie. Salem. Pride's container is the humanoid body that is Salem.
No reread my comment, he as his shadow self can move freely within central or through the transmutation tunnel (stated by Hohemhiem) If he isn't in those places he has to use the Salem container to move around (as stated by greed).
lol
I'm pretty sure his name is Selim
8:46 a fight so good even falman made a reaction video.
"Right now I want your life, Wrath!"
"i cant keep losing him D:" lmaoo
RIP Ed Blaylock, he was an amazing voice actor and he played Wrath perfectly.
What always blows my mind is that we are seeing Wrath in old age. Imagine him on the battlefield in his *prime*.
An FMA prequel would so be worth it if just to see that.
hobyboy07 it must have been like a vengeful demon on the rampage 😵😧
“Man, I can’t keep losing him [Buccaneer]!” -Eric
It’s so close to everything now, I can fucking taste the man-tears already.
EDIT: RIP Ed Blaylock, sir. Your voice has always been Bradley’s voice in my head.
Jln Acb seriously, when you're watching baccano and a random train conductor is king bradley.
Fun fact: Man-tears is actually slang for semen.
*I love confident old men* Eric 2018
DarKnightSpider I heard "confident"
Huell Babineaux definitely competent
I love the Jekyll and Hyde relationship Greed and Ling have.
Eric's lasting excitement when LinGreed showed up to confront Wrath... I had that same feel.
Rip (Ed Blaylock) king Bradley
yeah, and now both the one piece dub and sub no longer have their original Sengoku.
In The Zone right perfect voice for sengoku
In The Zone didn't we also lose dub Blackbeard voice actor to
yeah, Cole Brown. Which sucks cause I love his take on BB more than the sub version. I mean I love the sub cause Akio Ōtsuka is just awesome, whether its as Rider from fate/zero, Uvogin from hxh 2011 or Kyoraku from bleach, but dub BB sounds like an old school pirate which I think fits perfectly since he is the one character in the show that actually resembles a proper pirate.
In The Zone ya he definitely nailed Bb and dat laugh to priceless
Pride do care his so called mother. He just wouldn't throw his pride to admit it until the last moment.
I realized watching this show that despite all the powers the other homunculi had, I was without a doubt scared of Fuhrer King Bradley the most.
Wrath is, in my opinion, the best part of FMAB.
Wrath and Mustang are the two best characters of the show imo. Special mentions for Ed, Scar and Greed too.
shockzz1234 Cant forget Hyate
How are we forgetting Kimblee, Id watch a show about his life easily because hes so interesting. Dudes really intelligent and has some very interesting beliefs and how he got to them sounds like quite the journey
FMAB is like Game of Thrones, you can dig everyone.
I like greed too.
I wonder if they know that Troy Baker voices this current version of Greed. As often as they mention him, particularly Shan, (and as much as they like Greed) they may like that bit of info.
Christopher Skalicky They know, but they found out by accident. Back in the Devil's Nest arc they looked it up and found out it was Troy Baker. Little do they know, they spoiled themselves of Greed's return lmao
"well it's the same ass" this is why greed is my favorite
Swear to god I thought Blind Wave was pulling an April Fools Day prank today by not releasing this. 😂
Interesting that they started talking about radio voices after talking about Ed Blaylock. He was the radio host for the classical station here in Dallas for a long time. The best part is his normal voice was Fuhrer King Bradley. I used to tune in just to hear him talk about music.
I am so sorry for the editors. I really can't think of much stuff to edit out in those last episodes.
That last scene with Bradley, so timeless. He looked so full of hatred and contempt, and pissed off as fuck. Absolutely epic, no matter how many times I see that scene.
Izumi`s husband`s name is Sig Curtis and fun fact,he`s related to both Wraths:He was the 2003 version`s birth father and Bradley and he are confirmed by Hiromu Arakawa to be biological half-brothers with Sig being adopted by a working-class meat-packing family in Dublith where he met and fell in love with Izumi and Bradley being adopted by the royal family and military establishment of Amestris under Father.
Can't believe it has been a year already since I started watching this, waiting every week for an amazing reaction, amazing work!
OMG I'm drawing your profile picture right now in art class! That is so random 0.o
You guys talked about voice actors this episodes, did you know Troy Baker voices Greed? :)
Siberian Wolf Today I Learned...
Yeah. I can tell it’s him
Really?? how good is this guy??? he voices many people
3:33
"Jeremiah was a bullfrog
Was a good friend of mine
Couldn't understand a word he said
But I helped him drink his wine"
Buccaneer is officially as tough as a Briggs tank...
Think about that for a second.
The tunnel circles all of Amestres not just central. Remember sloth digging in the north?
For anyone interested, the concept Eric was talking about with regard to how many people you can know is Dunbar's Number. It's not to do with how many unique faces you can recognize, but it's how many people you can maintain a stable social relationship with (e.g. how many friends you can have and keep up with what's going on in their life). People are likely to have different Dunbar Numbers, but it typically ranges from 100-250. You will often see 150 quoted and that seems to be a reasonable approximation of the average. The upper limit is thought to be determined by the size of a part of the brain called the neocortex, so one could try to increase their Dunbar number through training and changing the way the information is stored, but it will still have a hard limit.
King Bradley, a man so badass he makes tanks retreat when he approaches.
Wrath and Greed sure know how to make an entrance.
lmao Eric looked so excited when greed showed up.....same
Ever since father took the souls of the xerceians
he has had the ability to go any where of his own choosing but he chooses to stay in the tunnels
like a king waiting in the back on a chess board
Which is his down fall. He learned nothing.
RIP Ed Blaylock
Eric almost called him Yao Fei from Arrow lol
never hit the like button so fast...KING BRADLEY!!!!
You guys have to check out the bloopers when you finish this, so funny
King Bradely is and shall always be a badass.
Yeeess ! Finally, I kept refreshing patreon. Now witness King Bradley !
Ps: Shane look sooooooo weird
Wrath is always so calm because he is just wrath. The saying I'm so angry I'm calm. Is true.
Its nice to notice that the ending song lyrics "Ray of Light - Nakagawa Shoko" is all about hohenheim's mind.
Matheus Mattos Hohenheim being my favorite character is the reason Ray of Light became my favorite FMA:B song because the lyrics and its video were all about Hohenheim’s story. I love it so much.
You can also relate “Rain” to his feelings (but then you can relate “Rain” to the other characters too).
YES, Its my favorite too! I also like to see the first opening "Again" as a clarification from the writer Hiromu Arakawa like "now i will finish this story" Since the FMA classic it's not her story.
I'm watching the show for the first time along with the guys and King Bradley is quickly becoming one of my favorite anime charcters
Mark Ryan lol good there is more Bradley to come.
The Bradley fight is so cool that I forgot the Hohenheim vs Father fight, except for Hohenheim stating that he has come to an understanding with all of his souls.
Fuhrer Badass kicks everyones ass next episode
This is the only channel I can trust on this day.
Can we just take a moment and appreciate how these symbolic representations resonate soooo good!!
Wrath they said... Well said!
I have been waiting for you guys to react to this!!!!! So hype
5:56 - Pfft, situational awareness at it's finest from the Fuhrer's soldiers.
You know as soon as Eric pulls up his left fist some hype shit is bout to go down
Oh baby! Let the destruction begin!
I think guys just forget Greed has explained the reason why Pride can travel out of the central back in the woods.
annerson 313 To be fair, Greed kinda mentioned it and left it at that. So, if you didn't catch it then, you probably wouldn't understand it later.
I didn't watch the English version, so it might be the problem of translation. The Japanese version make it quite clear.
annerson 313 Well the English version made it clear, it was just one line though. Sooo yeah
Aaron: "The edge of the circle is not the boundary" "Pride can not get out of the circle"
Whaaaaaa? You say it's not the boundary then you say the exact definition of a boundary...
Part of the reason Pride couldn't pursue hoenheim was because he had a lamp in front of him so there was no shadow for pride to go past to get to him.
God, this episode is so good
Oh man we didn't get to see Alphonso and the others even though they're in Cendral already. But at least Link is back and now he has ???? to help him. Also, Oenheim part is so interesting right now.
I just read this in Aaron’s voice lol
Wrath is your kind old dad that finally decides to whoop your ass
The greatest anime dub duo: Todd Haberkorn and Troy Baker!
Santi Sanchez Tell me about it; I can listen to their banter all day!
So, not a spoiler just what has been stated.
--Pride was able to leave the city/tunnels because he is in his 'shell' of Selim. Greed says this in the woods during that fight. In his pure 'shadow' form he's restricted.
--Father was assumed to require the 'Hohenheim' suit as his flask/shell. Otherwise he was free to move anywhere. This episode proved that wasn't necessary anymore either.
--Father's souls/soul stone has been split into the Homonculi, and he also has added from Amnestrians (all those experiments), at least we assume. Envy said that all the Xerxes souls that Father had have gone mad, just energy, which is because Father didn't do what Hoheheim did, which was basically turn himself into a walking country of souls.
--Hohenheim had 500k souls, but I imagine some have been used up in alchemy and keeping him alive at various times, though he tries not to expend that energy (or they share it across souls) and that's why he avoids damage/combat. He's keeping them all alive/unexpended until their moment.
Okay guys i will explain pride and fathers container to you... sorry for bad english... okay. The container of father is his skin with it he can move to wherever he want(remember he travel to central from Xerxes and then he create amestris and central) at the same time he start creating the gigant transmutation circle. And outside his skin he can mve to all the area where the tubes conected to him encircled. That is all central and ultimate(after sloth complete the tunnel) All amestris. Pride is a bit different. He can only move inside the tunnels in his shadow form without need of his body(the kid) at crazy speed(remember he was in briggs almost killing buccaneer but the he return to central almost in an instant to show himself Riza). But same as father pride can move to wherever he want. Even other countries if he want. But is limited to cars and trains because he have tp take the body with him(remember he went to kipnap alphonse with gluttony and in that moment they were in their home town Reesenbol(sorry i butcher the names hahahahaha). Great episode and again sorry for the bad english.
Hohenheim go east and teach Alkahestry to xin. (become "The Philosopher of the West)
The Father go west and teach alchemy to amestris. (become "The sage from the East)
this is why is different, i love this details
I put this is an earlier episode but I'll say it again: Pride OUTSIDE of the Selim body (his "shadow") can only exist underneath the city of Central, and the tunnels. Inside of Selim, the body becomes his flask, and so he can travel anywhere, including Risembool. Father's flask is limited to his skin, which is why he was capable of leaving Xerxes. He doesn't leave his throne room because those pipes in his back contain his philosopher stone.
Danny Hulliung close. his philosopher stone is in his chest as shown by something in the next to final episode. The pipes you were talking about do play a big part in his plan but have never held his stone. There use is explained by scar later.
Ohhhh GUYS you are gonna flip your shit when you see the next episode I’m excited to see how you guys REACT it’s probably one of my favorite episodes. So many characters have to ban together to fight Wraith
Love all of the fights in this episode
1:59 - lol, it's hard to adapt to the new range of facial expressions Shane has without his glasses...he's like a whole different person now. W-wait...who is this new round-faced gentleman joining the Blind Wave crew? I think I recognize him from somewhere...
Here it is boys. One of the episodes we've all been waiting for
King Bradley and Von Hohenheim are my favorite characters.
The souls are like fluids in a blender. Farther blended them all together into a single tasting fluid, one featureless megasoul.
Hohenheim spend years going through all the single particles and sorting them back into their original shape. So his drink is like layer upon layer of identifiable ingredients, that's why they have the coherency to maintain an identity.
You can't talk to fathers souls, they're too muddled.
OMG next episode is gonna be even more awesome!
I have no idea how they're able to limit themselves to only a few episodes a week.
Especially with what's to come
Dunbar's number, guys. A hardcoded biological limit of around 150. Plays a big part in how and why societies develop the way they do.
well worth the wait
He brought a sword to tank fight and won.
waited so long for this ep ione of my favorite eps of FMA:B
5:12 look so much like the beggining or a Boss's battle in Zelda Ocarina or time, even the song sound the same XD
FYI: Ed Blaylock (voice of Wrath/Bradley) passed away April 19, 2017.
yeah, they were aware of it,they mentioned about the voice actor once before on one of the previous eps reactions :) so this was the 2nd time they mentioned the actor
Pride couldn't go out of the tunnels because it's part of the flask, to leave he needs his shell, which is the Selim body. When he attacked Hoenheim, he was doing it in his normal shadow form, far away from his body, which can move much further and faster.
You could say Father is the same way, but I'm not sure. He obviously traveled with just his body to get to Amestris from Xerxes back when he first took Hoenheim's form, but in his weird black form he probably can't normally leave his "flask" room/tunnels
well, the black form is essentially a spirit. it needs a container or the elements and energy outside will melt it, just like pitch black and bright light do to pride. so he can go wherever he wants, so long as he has his skin-suit.
Love this so much
The max amount of people you can know is called Dunbar’s number. “It has been proposed to lie between 100 and 250, with a commonly used value of 150. Dunbar's number states the number of people one knows and keeps social contact with”
Nice,
next is BADass
what can I say but Captain Buccaneer is a beast
King-VS-Tank, not even close. And cool to see more of Hohenheim and Father.
Yay no april fools video. I really wanted this episode
No, when Pride is not accompany by his container (Selim's body) he has a limited range, so the same thing might apply to father.
Ah man, I hate that we cant watch the entire Füher fight in one go. It's my favorite in FMA.
Calvin with the Hot Fuzz reference!
CONTACT LENSES!!
You know who REALLY looks like Bradley? Tom Selleck. He even has a similar voice and can pull off that general demeanor. It's uncanny.
“They are in and out of each other.”...tehee
Fullmental Alchemist Brotherhood is the best anime in my opinion ❤️
Great reaction, I love Greed. I was wondering to all Patreons if it's only the next episode that is available on patreon or If there are more?
Sara Barbosa I believe it is only the next episode.
Jacob Mcclendon thank you..that's a shame if they had more episodes available I will definitely be a patreon.
Sara Barbosa your welcome. I am not a patron so my answer is just an estimated guess really.
Yeah, we just have access to the next episode. No others.
Malcolm Ferguson ok thanks.
