This is the best workout I've found online! I used to do powerlifting and go to the gym 4-5 times a week, now I haven't gone in months and just don't have the motivation to go. I've been doing at home stuff like this for the past 2 months and this is by far the best one, I'm absolutely drenched lol. I also appreciate how this is difficult for you guys as well, most other trainers don't even break a sweat and makes me feel like I'm not going hard enough!

Today I finally hit my goal of losing 20lbs🥳 It was a very slow and steady process… I didn’t do any severe restrictions, just slowly cut my calorie intake every 2 weeks until I hit the deficit I needed and stayed there for 12 weeks (lost the last stubborn 6lbs). Now I want to slowly integrate more calories until I hit maintenance! The diet assistant on Next Level Diet helps me a lot in the process.

I feel like I am a HIIT junkie and I can tell you this was a great workout! Not a ton of pounding on the knees, nice full body workout, great moves to keep you motivated. I also love the preview before the actual move. You have my “thumbs up” and my “Subscribe” I have crappy knees and it was just the perfect amount of jumping and then switched to abs and upper body giving my knees a break. 10/10 I usually stick with Heather Robertson who I love dearly but I am going to make you a regular part of my workouts. Plus, I really like your music.
