How does Kenny show that the feeling is in the cells themcells? ;) (What evidence that the cell processes are altered in an observable way that's specific to each emotion??) Otherwise, it could be a projected impression. Human neural system does extend all the way from the brain down the spinal cord to the gut, and it triggers physiological changes (an obv eg is when fight or flight emotion kicks in), but if I feel affected in cells therebeyond, it may be that extended neural system projecting an association? (Analogous situation if helpful: when people feel something in a phantom limb)
Everyone needs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You learn that thoughts drive emotions and emotions drive thoughts. Its a two-way process, i learned this through the ABC worksheets in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy..
Completely disagree you think it then u feel it until u accept that as a fact then u can pay attention to the thoughts that are bringing up those feelings u don't have a feeling without a thought bringing up that feeling it's how our body's work it's a fact
I was scrolling endlessly to avoid my feelings and this video brought me back to realty
Thanks i will track it❤️❤️
I agree
The feeling happens sooooo fast as a result of a trauma response...it is embedded as a menory ftom the past. 🙏😔
Thank you good info.
What if you’ve had the feeling for a long time and aren’t clear of the first time? Do you have any suggestions?
Also, thank you for your videos.
