You make awesome videos with great detail and have a great personality. We need to get you more subscribers. As far as the copper I think painting it the same color as the grey and black to blend in. Keep the videos going Ill keep sharing them. Thank you.
Great video. I’m a doctor and I’m intrigued with you. Your power washer system inspired me to set up my very own except with the comet 1700. You’re freaking awesome.
Thanks a lot. Glad you are digging the channel. Have to get some more cool stuff to install to step it up a notch. I have a few ideas in the works. Thanks for watching.
My God are you spending my money... 2 weeks ago I didn't know I needed an industrial pressure washer system. Now I have one. Then I click on this video.
Great video and how to! I just replaced my old Husky 30 gallon oil lubricated air compressor with an electric ultra quiet Husky 20 gallon. I had the same drain line on my old 30 gallon and moved to my new compressor for bleeding water out. You're spot on I never used to drain the water cause it was such a pain. That Ultra Quiet Husky is super nice for the garage, its quieter than the vacuum when running. Beautiful Garage, leave the copper, makes a nice statement.
Very nice install and video documentation! I'm sure it's a pain to edit. I appreciate the effort. I have been wanting to put a compressor setup like this in my garage for a while. I have a lot of air tools that are just laying in a drawer. My issue is garage floor space. I don't do car detaiIing. It's a general, do all shop. I had contemplated putting a compressor outside in a weatherproof shed, and running the air hose through the wall to save space and keep the noise lower when the compressor kicks on. I may still do that. I found this video after seeing your other video about installing the shop vacuum system (awesome), which is the original project I was searching for. 😂
Always good to have a valve on tank before the line. Makes line service easy, end of the day turn off to save tank volume. The tools and reels will tend to leak after a while. Especially the reals with seals on the rotation etc. Walking out there every morning hearing the compressor kick on is annoying
I just started building out my air compressor setup that I plan on building this spring and your video helped a lot. In particular I wasn't aware you could adjust the feed plate depending on its configuration from ceiling or wall mounting. Since I lease my space I am just going to mount a cox reel and the Alto3 on some Unistrut and run two jumper hoses from OG and one with a Prevost quick disconnect so I can utilize the wall space if I am not going to use the air compressor.
Man I really enjoy all your videos I built a custom quiet box for my air compressor about the same size as yours I made it out of Rockwell safe and sound and MDF board I sealed the MDF board and I put clamps on it to keep it sealed I have two intake fans and two output fans that come on when They reach a certain ambient temperature or humidity I also built a pre-cooler in an after cooler before and after the tank to keep moisture out of the line it works amazingly smooth best wishes thought I’d share what I did God bless
I just bought a new compressor and was doing all kinds of UA-cam searching and came across yours. All I can say is WOW! Amazing job! Looks beautiful. Love how patient, precise and careful you were with everything. Your explanations also so clear. Thanks for making this. Got a new subscriber! Btw, just out of curiosity, how often do you drain the water/ moisture from your tank? And I assume you don't empty the whole tank every day? Thanks again!
I open it momentarily pretty often to get the water out. Usually once a day. There is a lot of moisture in the air here so it builds up quick. Thanks a lot for the kind words. Glad you enjoyed.
@@HawaiiDetailing I used your link to order the bottom drain line for mine. Love how the reel reels back slowly. Def gonna invest in one here in the near future.
@@Steeda04SVT thanks. The reel is really nice. It rewinds slooooow. But it is a good thing. I never realized how crazy the old one was until I used the EZcoil.
@Steeda04SVT it was hard to find. I found it on eBay but it was a 1 off. I just looked on both Amazon and eBay to see if I could help you out but could not find it. You will be able to find it from a air compressor specialist online store. Something like this but check the sizing. tricitytoolparts.com/products/pg201002av-air-compressor-tank-bushing-2-x-3-4-inspection-port-campbell-hausfeld
Awesome job on the install. I would definitely paint the piping. In my opinion it totally looks unfinished with the cooper showing. A blue color would be nice to compliment the cox hose reel or in green to match the hoses. Once again awesome job.
Many thanks for your very prompt reply I will do as you say and use 1/2" Tubing. I am very impressed with your site and the fact that you are prepared to answer questions. Thanks again.
Love the videos as always! I’m curious as I just bought the same OG air reel but mine when the hose winds back up it spins super fast the entire length of the hose. Curious if you have this as well or if the entire time it reels back in its slow and controlled
Man love your set up have you thought about building a Sound definiter for your compressor? Best part you can get creative with your box. I made a jeep lift box for mine :) ,Just an idea keep up the amazing work.

Good afternoon. I am looking to do this setuo exactly and acquired the same compressor you have. Im having issues finding the inspection port reducer to 1/2inch. Can you provide the link of where you go it? I think it's a 1.5" to .5" reducer.
