Zach, have you seen the cheese grater attachment thet goes on your kitchen aid? It has been life changing for me, and I don’t even cook with as much cheese as you! Feel like it would save y’all lots of time, and your kids may love to use it too since it’s safe! You can also slice/grate/shred other things like shallots or carrots or other things too!
