Jollies Dates and peanut butter with hemp seeds is one of our favorite deserts thanks to you. My 2 year old loves them too. Now i have to try the syrup.

Always so excited to see a new video from you! Bone broth is so easy to make don’t be too intimidated. Making a pie seems way harder and you’re a pro at that! I make my bone broth in the instant pot. Just add bones (I roast mine first) or chicken feet, add water and ACV, set for 2 hours and you’re good to go!
Ahhhh! Thank you for the encouragement! 😭 That’s what people keep telling me but I don’t knowwww… I think it just feels intimidating until you do it you know?! Lol once the cupboards are done I’m going to do way more kitchen experimenting! 😭🙏🏻
I totally understand!! I’ve been wanting to try fermenting some things but it seems intimidating to me and I’m worried I’m gonna just grow mold in a jar LOL. Maybe you could do a video showing your kitchen experiments or just include it in the vlogs :))
I'm so glad you've discovered the joys of bone broth! If you haven't tried it before, pho vietnamese soup might be something you enjoy! It it typically made with an aromatic bone broth base, and has rice noodles, and meat and/or veggies in it. Its honestly one of my favorite foods at the moment and its full of nutrients!
You know I haven’t tried pho in soooo long and now you’re making me want to again! Thank you for that reminder! 😍

You HAVE to find an old vintage waffle maker from like the 40s. I’m sure you could hunt one down at a thrift store. My mother in law found me one and it’s hands down the best waffle maker ever. Slightly sketch with how hot it gets butttttt best waffles ever 😂

Since Logan is so into books I would highly recommended setting up a little library in your front yard. It’s a good way for Logan to have access to lots of different books. We made one and my son loves it!
Yes!! Waffles are better IMO, not the Belgium kind the thinner waffles. Presto is good mine is old but works great.

We have the Oster waffle maker from target and is AMAZING. I actually just used it tonight! I've been in a major waffle phase lately.
It's a very simple waffle maker but it works great and makes the perfect sized waffle.
Also, Joanna Gaines Waffle recipe in her second cook book is THE BEST. I made it a week ago and couldn't wait to make it again. I was craving it so badly!
Thank you for sharing! I think you can find a cheap small waffle maker from Target. They have a great return policy if it doesn’t work out for you. You could even share a mini review on it for your channel if you like.
I’m not sure if they have this concept where you live (or maybe it called something else in your area) but in some neighborhoods in our area (especially close to schools) they have community mini free libraries. Its such a sweet idea. It’s a mini library (clear box on a stand) where people will drop off their used books in exchange for other used books to read. So you would leave one and then take one. No one keeps the books they are freely exchanged through that box. Just a suggestion if you wanted access to more free books for Logan. Or you can just take him to your local library too, hehe.
The light for over your kitchen island looks amazing…love the driftwood idea! Just a suggestion since you love herbs and like to grow plants. If Dan had the time…he can create a wooden box to hang on the wall (vertically like a picture frame) that would have a net backing. It would be a herb garden on the wall that’s not only practical but can be a living art piece. Great for blank wall space near the kitchen or dining area. If he really wants to get fancy he can include a drip irrigation system on the box or you can just use a spray bottle to manually water it. There are premade ones you can buy online if he wants to get an idea of how it’s constructed. I’ve seen ones in different shapes or you can do the letter P shape in honor of your last name. 🙂 Hope it helps!

Let me know how it goes if you decide to have the wall herb planter box/ living art. I want to do this as well but how do you stop your plants from having nats and other bugs? I want to have a green thumb but I’m worried about bugs/ insects indoors.
Another idea that can be practical and beautiful is to have a mini dwarf food tree (kumquat, olive, Meyer lemon, kefir lime, brown turkey fig, passion fruit, peaches, nectarines, avocados, bananas, etc) next to the interior of your door or fireplace on either side (like bookends). You can level it up by placing them in a basket (in the same color scheme as the rest of your decor or it can be your pop of color) and then placing that on top of a mini wooden stool to give it height. More practical food but gives the space a natural element by bringing the outside in. 🙂

I just made oat flour/ gluten free pancakes ~~ and half of the batter went to the little waffle maker from Walmart~~~ so easy to use and then I freeze the waffles~ pop them in the toaster whenever🤗.
