Reading through the comments I'm so surprised to see basically no one thinking your nausea could be pregnancy related😂 but on another note. I went over to traditional local eating after years of being vegan. I was also pretty nauseated for a while but eventually realized it's because my portions were just a tiny bit to big at a time. Guessing because I had to eat massive quantities of food to get nourished on a vegan diet and now I get nourished more easily. Could be that too?

Why am I so in disbelief over Logan turning 2?! It seems like yesterday you had him. Happy Birthday sweet Logan. I have enjoyed watching him grow he’s so handsome and smart. ❤️

Oh my goodness is the time flying with the kiddos! Mine turns 2 on Feb 26th. And number 2 turns 1 on Feb 15th! My lovely set of Irish twins since number 2 wanted to come 7 weeks early.
We just bought a new house as well a couple months ago after living at our other home for 8 years. Man, everything still feels like it's completely flipped upside down in my life. So much change in such little time. It doesn't help that we also bought a fixer upper so we have a long list of work that needs to be done as well. First house was completely redone and didn't really need anything compared to where we are at now. But having 2 kids in such little time made us grow out of the house way quicker then we had ever imagined. Can't wait to not be living out of boxes and can get some of the upgrades done 🙌

We just moved a few weeks ago from our first home of 10 years and yes girl pizza is a must. We are not even doing a big renovation on our new home and it feels like my world was turned upside down. It definitely takes time to settle into a new space and make it your own. It looks beautiful!
Oh and on the nausea thing… maybe it’s tea? I feel like after having a baby my body has changed sooo much and I can’t eat or drink certain things that I used to enjoy. Green tea makes me real nauseous which is a bummer because it’s so tasty and good for you.
Anyways just a thought- hopefully it goes away 🤞

We love a frozen pizza. We add things like mushrooms and extra cheese etc.. Sometimes it beats a delivery as they are getting sooo expensive.

I don’t remember exactly how I made it, but the gist is yogurt, lime juice, chopped up cilantro + salt! Also garlic is good too… and the lime zest 😈☺️😘

Hi Nikki! I know you've been mentioning a lot that you've been naeseous lately. Could it be related to you eating no meat and no dairy for a while, and then now eating heavier meals like pasta? I recently found that I was lactose intolerant and that helped solve my nausea problems!

I think you follow Westin a price and I was thinking your nausea could be coming from too much Vit A. I follow it as well and my first thought was maybe you were getting too much if you were taking dried liver pills & cod liver oil & all the animal foods. I’m in a WAP Facebook group and someone made a post about accidentally overdosing on vit A and he felt better after toning it down.
Ok that’s super interesting first off! I definitely am not “following” WAP per say…bit I’ve been adding more of their principles slowly… AND just including more animal products in general! That being said, I’ll update you guys soon but my nausea has deceased dramatically in the last week! (Praise God!)… I’m very grateful🥺🙏🏻 like I said, I’ll share more info soon:) alsooo thank you for sharing this info! Cuz as I implement more of their strategies I’ll need to know things like this! I’m also very glad you’re feeling better Kelli🥺👏🏻☺️
