Nikki, I noticed you eat very organically, paleo and/or keto. Me too! I started this journey about 5 weeks ago and feel so much better. I’ve lost 8 pounds and don’t feel bloated anymore. Bobby Parrish of FlavCity has a YT channel that shows you how to shop for foods that are healthy for your gut. I use his bar code scanner App all the time to assist me in making wise choices at the grocery store, as well as Costco. ❤️

Purple cabbage is only a “no” for veggie broth if you care about the colour. If you don’t mind it being a hot on the purple side it doesn’t matter 😂 I’ve put it in mine before and the taste was no different ❤️

I’ve been buying organic kiwis from Costco too! Do you keep yours on the counter or the fridge? I’m always wondering what will keep them fresh the longest. I’ve also been wanting to try shrimp ! You gave me some inspo to do it :)
