I did one of your workouts for a small waist, and only in 2 days I started seeing results, I’m kind of built like a rectangle 😭, but once I started doing your workouts, my waist started getting smaller. Thank you, you are a life saver.
@ Her 10 minute everyday Pilates, now i do want you to know, i also did other at home workouts for my waist, i do Lilly sabri, Rosie graham, nikolahs pilates, and lidia’s. So all of those helped me, so if you start doing lidia’s workout and you don’t see the results you wanted in 2 days, just remember, if you do other workouts other than the one i told you, you will definitely see results in a few days. I workout all day, morning till night, so that’s why i see results fast. Hope this helps!
I’m gonna do this for 1 week, I keep going to different videos finding what works for me. I’m doing this video everyday and maybe a full body workout or arm/back/leg workout. From her. Day 1. Done!! My abs were burning I took like two second breaks when it hurt. Day 2. I’m a little sore but feeling good!! I don’t see much progress. Day 3. Feeling good again. I’m trying to be active so, also started to eat a bit better. I see a small line by my ribs. But okay. My legs hurt had to take a lot of breaks though. My fam kept talking to me Day 4 I was in a little pain doing the leg lifts. Those always get me. But after around 7:06 I was a bit more energized and it went smooth. I skipped through the break 😂🎉 but overall I’m not out of breathe rn either!

I workout all day because i have a lot of time on my hands, so when i workout, i have a routine that helped me, and I’ve been doing it for about 3 weeks, and i see A LOT of progress, for example, i used to bloat a lot, now i barley do, and my abs are already coming in, and I’m so happy, so if you wanna get abs or a small waist in a few weeks, do Lilly sabri’s Pilates, (either one it doesn’t matter) start Rosie’s grahms 30 day challenge, do nikolah’s Pilates, then do Lidia’s Pilates after. It may be a lot because I’m the type of person that can workout all day, lol, but trust me, you’ll see results, if you don’t, then idk 😭, i just started seeing results after a few weeks. (Sorry if this is long, I’m typing off my ipad so it doesn’t look long, but i know it is.)

hey! if u feel that, u need to improve bcs yes is a part of the work but If you don't feel anything in your abdomen, you're doing it wrong. to change that and do better, you need to compress the stomach and If you do it right, you'll feel a burn in her. I hope you understand me because I don't know if I explained it well. U.U

You could have tight hip flexors. Try stretching out your core and quads
