I love your workouts!! I recently got shoulder surgery and won’t be able to use my arm for 4-6 months.😢 I know this is a crazy ask and I totally understand if you can’t do it but if you could make a core workout that doesn’t use my right arm or any arms preferably it would be amazing and I very much appreciate it.

I do see results for months now ! But I don’t do just 10min, I usually do 20 to 45/50min daily, plus I walk a lot and have a balanced diet.
