I don't see videos of how to actually do these exercises on your channel. Do you have instructions on the exercises or recommend videos on here that show how to do them?

Firstly, you are beautiful! Secondly, if I don't have a physio near me do you have any programs we can do remotely?

I have a question about bladder neck hyperplasia I want to ask before I sign up for your courses. I met with a specialist, Jeannette Potts MD, and she told me I have both pelvic floor disorder and bladder neck hyperplasia. She said the pelvic floor disorder was treatable through physio but that the only interventions for the bladder neck hyperplasia was medication in the form of alpha blockers or an invasive surgery that entails tow incision into the autonomic tissue of the bladder neck. I don't feel comfortable with either of these approaches as I believe my issue started long ago in my nervous system and led to constriction and contraction in this area of my body. Is there a way to address bladder neck hyperplasia without surgery or alpha blocker? Sorry for the long question but I had to ask before I take the leap financially to join your program.

Hi, I have been suffering since I was 3 and am now 50. I have been to all kinds of specialists with little to no sustainable assistance. Recently, a Dr. told me about BPS as a possibility for my issue. I am wondering where I can go here in the U.S. local to me for Physio. That would also be in line with what and how you speak about it.

Great informative videos as always. Just one question...what on earth is bladder drilling? Sounds painful. Just going to coax my bladder out of hiding now!

Hah! That's very true! Bladder drill is about not making your bladder hold longer when you need to go, but letting it empty before you get the urge. This calms everything down and then builds the tolerance back up over time.

@@jillybond1502 thanks for clearing that up! My happy bladder was momentarily a very scared bladder at the thought of this!

Hi Glyn. That's not necessarily the case. But we generally try not to bare down on the pelvic floor, just encourage it to relax.

Every time I get stinging in my bladder I get the same in my left hand into my fingers and it feels worse than the bladder stinging. Can you tell me why and what I can do to stop this as every doctor I have asked has no clue. I'm left with constantly wetting myself, the pain and no support from my doctor as I am on a waiting list for hospital which isn't till November. Please can you advise me. Thank you

Ive done pelvic floor exercises for years, it never helped my IC. Just sayin, doesn't work for everyone.

Thanks for sharing! Yeh it's often the way with exercising the muscle - we want to relax it and desensitise it. Maybe have a chat with a local physio about that? All the best.

Hi. There are many different herbal remedies on the market, and different diets. However that's out of my scope of practise I'm afraid. Have you got in touch with Bladder Health UK or IC Help? The charities may be able to point you to more credible sources of information.

Look up Uva Ursi. You can take it as a tea or pill form. It's an herb.
