    I have just woken up after my first night of uninterrupted sleep. For the past 2 months I have suffered with pelvic floor pain- triggered by grieve ,emotional trauma and a hypotonic pelvic floor. I've been so miserable and down. I have committed to this video and the pain has finally gone! With no help from a Pelvic specialist- thank you so much for putting this content out. The good you are doing for people is immense. Massive huge hug from me. 🙏🙏🙏❤

    This is amazing. I really feel the warmth and expansion in my pelvic floor. And I teared up at the end when you said, "You're doing your best and it is absolutely enough. You're going to be okay." Wow. I needed that.

    This is very good. As a man, I have been doing your exercise 4 times a week for a month or more and I believe it is making me better. I am not out of the woods but one time I actually felt a release recently that I have not experienced before. Its a work in progress and thanks for providing this to us who are experiencing some kind of issue.

    I cound't get my period for 3 weeks, I was really frustrated and upset, I tried many things, meditations, yoga exercising, listening to special music or pressing points on my body. But I think that your meditation along with yoga exercise helped the most, something inside of me which plugged me is gone and I finally have my period back! I cannot be happier! I also added more C vitamin and water into my diet, but I like to think that you really helped me. Thank you!

    I have OCD and I have been under a lot of stress and anxious obsessions I think so much that I tensed up my pelvis and I was having twitching in the pelvis ...than I compulsively looked online about pelvis twotching and I convinced myself that I had pelvic floor dysfunction but I did your meditation and my pelvis feels like its been given a masage that helped relax it it was a little hard at first but the breathing and the flower helped because it helped me view my pelvis in a good light ..thank you so much. Thank you so much. *p.s....I also listened to your story of emotional healing the other day but couldn't comment as my hands were busy baking. I just want to send a virtual hug, & thank you for your vulnerability & honesty. I am sorry you went through such a hard period, & very glad you found your way through it. You being willing to open up about your journey will help many people, and is helping me process some things also. God bless you, Dr. Bri! You are very much appreciated by so many. Honestly, if you did nothing else but watch tv everyday from this point forward, you'd still have impacted more people for the better than most folks could hope to by their 'mid-life'. Thanks for spreading the light and creating healing videos like this. This is the perfect way to relax the pelvic floor and accept what is. From my journey with this, I've found that is a necessary step before you can really move forward. Of course, if you haven't read The Power of Now, that's the first place I'd recommend to start.

    • @vibrantpelvichealth
      @vibrantpelvichealth  7 років тому +1

      YES Michael, great book recommendation! I 100% believe that acceptance opens space for healing (or really any type of manifestation) to occur... Because you're no longer fighting anything... No longer pushing it away.

    • @michaelhodgeofficial
      @michaelhodgeofficial 7 років тому +5

      If you'd like to setup an interview sometime, I would be willing, anything I can do to help anyone with this extremely challenging and confusing issue. I really want to write a very detailed blog post with information on what has helped me and what I've gone through. I can't stand the idea of someone who is just now starting with these issues having to almost die from desperation and difficulty making any progress with healing, if I could potentially point them in the direction of a quicker solution. Everything does happen for a reason, but, the suffering shouldn't go on due to lack of information or options.

      Dr. Bri's Vibrant Pelvic Health thank you. It has been a rough few days. The Radical Prostatectomy was almost a 4 hour surgery. Was expecting lots of pain but forgot how much pain there would be from the gas they use to blow up the abdomen. I am Journaling about this so I can remember and help others who go thru this. Cannot do much to recover but working in some of the pelvic floor release techniques -thank you!

    That was great. I feel like the most effective PF relaxation routine is one where Im breathing in and stretching things gently. many of these other videos don't quite emphasize this as much so this did. Lately, i've been pretty tight post-orgasm and this really loosened me up.

    This is great. Your voice sounds really nice. I am myself a qualified hypnotist and I say you did it really really well.

    I’m in my fifties and been suffering from endometriosis for decades.
    Now I still have Ibs, and levator ani syndrome.
    This meditation was very relaxing and helpful. Do you have any more tips for me?
    The tightness in my pelvic muscles triggers my anxiety and depression, I think I’ve been storing pain, grief, traumas for too many years.
    Thank you so much ❤
