Nice job catching all those fish
love HB Pier, have some great memories fishing it
So quick question isn’t there a limit on mackerel?
Dang did you capture those birds eye view shots with your drone? That's crazy!
how did you eat them?
Nice video bunch of fun
Catch and cook video next time 👍🏻🐠😆🙌🏼🧜🏻♀️🎣
daaaamn you guys kicked butt!
spanish mackerel too
to catch more fish like that time you were onto like 4 and 5 at a time just leave your line the fish will still take the remaining bait otherwise you'll just be wasting bait just a money saving tip ..good job guys ✌
You guys should get a pair of cooking tongs. When catching Mackerel, it's much easier to grab them with a pair of tongs while you remove the hook. Stop laying your rods on the floor and instead, put the rod under your armpit to hold it while you remove the fish. On a sabiki rig it's best to remove the fish from top to bottom when you have multiple fish on the line.
What was that soup called that you were eating at mai restaurant?? It looked so good?? I wanna try it sometime
How many hours were you guys at HB?
Devon Huynh This time only like 3 hours. Last time we spent about 8 at New Port
When you guys going back
Nice! It's always fun watching noobs fish.
What did you use for bait?
Hey so I'm new to fishing and today I didn't catch anything. First time pier fishing but was a Belmont pier Long beach. Mind telling me the type of bait, rigs, or artificial bait y'all had?
Your main problem is you went to Belmont pier. The break walls keep lots of fish from coming in. But he's using Sabiki bait rigs. You don't need bait with these rigs but you can put pieces of mackerel, shrimp, squid, or Bloodworms on the hooks to better your chances. The dropper loop rig works great for all ocean bottom and pier fishing. Just use circle hooks and anywhere from 1oz to 8oz torpedo sinkers depending on current strength. Check your bait frequently as there are lots of crab and lobsters looking for a free meal.
You eat them all?
By the way those aren’t mackerel those are pin fish but awesome job catching the fish
They are maarcal
