  • Today’s yoga location is at the beautiful famous Banzai Pipeline on the North Shore of Oahu.
    A quick yoga warm up with Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutations to start your day ☀️
    Warm up the joints, warm up the mind, warm up the whole entire being, so you can take on this day with everything that you need.

    Please note for Sun Salutations
    Raise your arms up into the sky hinge forward at the hips swan dive down look up halfway plant the palms really on the ground as you step the right leg back low lunge
    Remember to keep the knee in line with the ankle step the right leg back to meet the left into the top of a push up pose known as plank pose.
    The body is in one straight line
    From here drop your knees chest and chin to the ground. Ashtanga Pose.
    From here pull your elbows in close to the sides push forward into Bhujangasana or cobra pose. The chest is flat on the ground the shoulders are slightly back the head is slightly lifted. From cobra pose push yourself back into downward facing dog which is an upside down V. From downward facing dog step your right leg forward low Lunge
    bringing your left to meet it
    your raise your arms up into the sky
    swan dive down
    look up halfway step your left leg back
    Low lunge. Repeating the same cycle on the left side.

    However I Challenge you to do 108 xs!
