- I finished testing out my apricot pie with fresh apricots. I also figured out how I will be designing the pie. All I need to do is practice the recipe and refine it to perfection. I hope you enjoy!

Apricot Pie Bake 375F 55-60 mins 10 inch pie
100g sugar
75g brown sugar
22g cornstarch
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
700g apricot
10ml lemon juice
30g butter
Pie Shell
60g egg (1 lrg)
50ml cold water
145g cold butter
280 all purpose flour
2g salt

Did you place the apricots in hot water & peel the skins?
No, the skin is so thin on apricots or at least on the ones I had I didn't need to. However if you get them out of season or older ones I do recommend putting them in hot water to peel the skin.
