Peanut Butter Cookies Experiment (Phụ đề tiếng việt)
Today, I tried an experiment to see if I could make my gluten free cookies thicker. My hope is to make a soft cookie, so I can make everyone happy. The experiment is to add cornstarch/baking powder to make it thicker. Also I will try to freeze them so I can cut the cookies thicker and hope they bake thicker. I hope you enjoy, ps the experiment worked but the people trying them didn't like the sweetness of the cookies.

Did you place the apricots in hot water & peel the skins?
No, the skin is so thin on apricots or at least on the ones I had I didn't need to. However if you get them out of season or older ones I do recommend putting them in hot water to peel the skin.
Yooooo bread
