How are they traveling so much across the UK when it's a national lockdown? Is it classed as essential/nessesary as it's for work? Not having a dig just wondering?

I love this apartment so much, the only downside I’d say is the size of the kitchen. It’s quite narrow and cramped, I personally think they should’ve knocked down the wall between the kitchen and the living room to make it more open and more penthouse-like! Xx
Many thanks for this tour, think that there are some issues where things have not been thought through. Split level in the master not great and is a trip hazard also the space in the master around the bed does make it feel quite enclosed which is disappointing for a master. Also with regards all the radiators even though they are smart I do think that the developer missed a trick not putting in under floor heating. With regards to the kitchen and living room space I do think that these are nice and was impressed by the range cooker 👍 keep the review coming guys 👍

Every time I visit England from Canada, I have to adjust the size of the fridges. When reaching for the handles without looking, I miss it by a foot lol. Standard average fridge width here is 35" with new homes up to 72". Beautiful condo but way too many rooms.. blow out those walls and have an expansive layout. I've stayed in Didsbury and it's beautiful.. affluent yet non pretentious unlike London... Great job....
@@australianpatriot its very depressing at times, if you dont have a strong mind and friends you will end up inside close doors 24/7 because is always cloudy outside. people dont avoid going out because they lready used to it but at the same time is not motivating to go out specially during the winder which gets dark at like 4pm
£2,890 a year in ground rent and service charge and you're at the mercy of the building management for future increases, not even mentioning ad hoc charges that could be astronomical for building work, e.g roof repairs etc. I'll stick with my freehold thanks!
One of the most horrible and ill thought out layouts I've ever seen. I assume it's to give the living space and bedroom a veranda, but regardless, poor design. Who the heck thought this would work. Wasted potential. Good interior design to be fair. Layout really ruins it
I'm a house and garden man myself, but this penthouse is fantastic a ton of space really nicely done. I thought it would be something a footballer would go for, hi-spec and fairly private. I can imagine some quality parties going on here, covid rules permitting of course!! If I had the money the only reservation would be the 250 year lease, what happened to the standard 999 years? but all in all very impressive.
Was this filmed before tier 4 lockdown? The glittery kitchen worktops are WAGtastic. ✨4 toilets for a 3 bedroom flat. It would be perfect for an IBS sufferer.

I live around the corner to this new development, the properties look stunning! Try out Hale Barns (Broad Lane) which is around 15 mins away from Manchester, there are more luxury houses that way!

The lobby and inside the penthouse is gorgeous. But I disliked the very narrow hallway ( the outside of the apartment )

Radiators are making a come back! (Good). They work & are v low maintenance. UFH & heating via FCU’s rarely meet the customers expectations. 🥂
