The terrace was definitely the crown of this property .. to have that outdoor space for a BBQ and a jacuzzi hot tub with some seating would be beautiful.. dont know how you would get the hot tub up to the 40th floor 😳 is there a swimming pool for the residents ? Seems like that was the only thing missing ..Congratulations on hitting 200K subscribers 👍 you guys deserve it .. wishing you the best 🙏
Consider going 4k. If you are only using laptops you might not notice the difference but it's quite the difference when you have a display for it.
If possible, you could do a tour of a unit in the new building with the glass bridge pool.

That's exactly what I thought, when saw the construction site beneath..
Perhaps this will bring down the price of the apartment, as certain percentage of it is because of the views, that won't be there anymore 🤔

So unless it waterfront,doesn't matter what the city is,given time and your view you bought the apartment for is going to be restricted by another " wish list " building.
the view up the stairs will be totally obscured by the new building that is being built just in front of the apartment 🤣🤣😂😂😂🤣🤣

I know you guys will reach 200k subscribers within your next video, so congrats in advance. Watching you guys reach 50k,100k and 150k milestone within half a year is just incredible. It was pure coincidence that your channel popped up while searching for Bali trip. Your first few videos were short but good enough to be noticed. Then Uk and Marbella home tours and then back to Bali. Finally I became a regular subscriber. You guys just left that beautiful Bali house and returned to UK and then your channel just blew up. I haven't seen other house tour channels upload videos in such regular pace almost everyday day at one period. What is so unique about your channel is you guys seem to tour every type of houses of every price range which makes it so relatable to me since I could dream and afford to buy that house . Another amazing thing is that you guys try to do things differently, come up with new ideas and listen to viewers. You are trying every possible thing. It maybe so hectic and tiring but it seems you guys enjoy what you do. Thanks for your effort especially during this difficult time. Hope in a couple of years we will see a tour of your penthouse with big refrigerators with a beautiful sea view in some tropical paradise. ☺

Canary Wharf was where ocean-going cargo vessels used to load and unload cargo. I was on one of the cargo vessels that berthed alongside here in 1972. And what a transformation this area has now turned into. I can only dream of owning an apartment here.
It also was where they used to load and unload slaves, but they keep that quiet
Happening to Canada Water too, there was nothing there 20 years ago and now there's tall apartment buildings going up.. I feel strange because it's obviously an improvement to my neighbourhood, yet I'm too poor to live there and now feel like an outsider.

Place looks great. The only minus is that powder room off the Dining area. Nothing like eating dinner and having a great conversation then hearing someone doing their business.

Beautiful flat, staged perfectly. It’s a great space and finished in a style that warrants the asking price. That large balcony is screaming multi- Entertainment (Jacuzzi, gym and outdoor cinema with great seating). Congrats on reaching 200k subscribers guys. Onwards and upwards!
I absolutely love this channel. This property is stunning - I'm loving the interior and given the location, the price is worth it.
This one is so much better than the last one in Battersea,I seem this apartment is really worth it on the price,no same like the last one,too overpriced!
I actually think the Battersea apartment is more luxuriously kitted out and designed, from the high end and super expensive Gagganeau appliances in the kitchen, including a tappanyaki cooking plate,longer and thicker marble food preparation worktop area, sensors that turn on the lights automatically,iPads control panels in each room,and also a fully enclosed balcony area where you can enjoy the view in comfort in winter without being exposed to the elements! Also,the apartment is fully air conditioned, not too sure if this is.
This is cheap as it’s in East London. 95% chance of being robbed in the summer.

I have just moved to London this week. Planning to get a rent in Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs area due to proximity to work and also the awesome apartments there. This came at such an important time. I am a huge fan of you guys. You are fantastic. Keep up the brilliant work!!! Love.. ❤️

it looks like there's a construction site starting next door- when you pan down, you can see it starting... will this be a 40+ story building to block out those views. That would be important to know before plunking down 3.25 million! Also- the mirrors on the side of the tubs are weird- otherwise- beautiful.

@@kbzzy7376 Nothing wrong with East London but those wealthy 'foreign' purchasers eg Russian oligarchs, West African cement billionaires, Chinese tech billionaires, Texan industrialist tycoons, Middle Eastern oil sheikhs etc tend to prefer Mayfair, Kensington, Belgravia, Chelsea, Marylebone etc.

Finally!! A new build with built-in closets ("wardrobes") and bathroom storage cabinets both above and below the sink. Still no bidets though... The living room / dining room / kitchen are all ridiculously small for this amount of money. Canary Wharf seems far away from everything. I LOVE IT when it's just MaSum doing the videos. You 2 are not as shaky as your camerman, Matt (another Matt), who must have been neverous or going through withdrawal or something when he shot your other videos. It's great having you both on camera -- BUT WITH A DIFFERENT CAMERAMAN. I loved it when you guys were nervous on the 40th Floor!! I don't know how you'd survive in Chicago. My grandmother lived on the 91st Floor of The John Hancock Building in downtown Chicago for 35 years! xxxx oooo
Well to be fair the Jubilee line is rapid, you'd be at Green park in 15 mins.
Summer hit the nail on the head there, that it feels like a super luxury hotel with the interior design style. Although nice looking and eye watering views 😍 it doesn’t give that homey vibes to me.
SIDE NOTE: 200k....whoop whoop!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
That's my issue with it. Hotel 'look' is nice for a few days on vacation....

I’d get some outdoor furniture for the terrace, then add a projector to one of the walls to have it like an outdoor cinema for the summer

OK guys... finally a much much better tour than before. Matt and Summer you guys should maintain this type of tour presentation, the level of details, the flow of the tour. The duration is much better doesn't feel like you are in a rush. Also we are able to see the facilities, only 1 thing I feel is missing the square footage size of the penthouse...but overall a better tour . Keep this up and I'm sure your subscribers will increase.

I can appreciate the quality of the materials etc. but when you live as I do in the Highlands of Scotland, well then you DO know the true meaning of the statement... what an incredible view. and it is one that I shall never give up for all the wealth in the universe.
