I would say this is a well priced house for the area. It has been done to a high standard and I feel someone will snap that up. It is not for everyone but I personally really like it. If only I could afford a home like that one day.

@@VASIGTravelingLifeinLondon I've had a look at some houses in America and Florida is very cheap you can buy a 14 bed house for 300,000 pounds however most other places are roughly the same price as UK except New York is very expensive
@@roxiegalaxy9267 that’s actually quite affordable! And from what I’ve seen house in the US are generally a lot bigger than ones here in Europe and UK 😍 thanks for letting me know
I love how much natural light is in this house; especially in the living room & kitchen. Would be nice to see house tours in Bristol, Swindon, Oxford or Reading.
I like this house! Appreciate you showing us inside all the cupboards lol & the shower. Even though this house is unfurnished it doesn't look cold inside. Love the glass stairs. I think it's missing water though, ie a hot tub or pool. I would live in this house.
Finally....for my personal taste this is the best house you've ever shown. Floors are fanatastic that landind looks stunning, the stairs are an amazing feature, bathrooms look really luxurious and that basemant it's just fenomenal. 10/10
Kitchen, countertop lights, Black finishes all around the house, Lightwell in the basement, the glass girder, and all those fresh air flow vents. turntable, walk-in showers, +++ Glass stair, the double drawer in the kitchen. electric shower controls, - - Garden, Fridge.. neutral.. The half bathroom, in the beginning, is the best layout for a half bathroom.
Nice contemporary! Missing a hot tub in the backyard, but I'd love to have a house just like it in Breckenridge, Colorado. It gives me the impression of a non-pretentious ski chalet. Needs a place to store the wine too! Happy to see Summer collaborating on this one. She seems to have been shy of the camera as of late. All in all, I give it a 7.5 out of 10 for $2 million.
Agree about the dressing room, seems only enough for one person and no other wardrobe space. I wouldn’t even fit my stuff in there!!! Need at least double that!
The house in general seems nice, but the master is small for what you're paying for the home. And the master closet is very small for that Master bedroom...even if only one person is using it. And let's talk about the toilet being in front of the window... Why? Those glass steps would scare the heck out of me LOL and you definitely would need to hire someone to clean all that glass on a regular basis. This doesn't seem like a house that would be good if you have animals or children...but if someone gave it to me I'd take it... Lol!
Looked at this property on Rightmove. Nice seeing it from a different perspective. Lovely place, yes definitely a Batchelor/Bachelorette pad. Great entertainment space but very disappointing closet provision in the Master. Another great video guys. Can I suggest a short drive up to the property entrance shot. To give perspective on the surrounding area?
Love the channel. Canada here.. America size fridge has downsides in that you need to fill it which is big bucks. I do not think that garage can swivel two cars. I have a big double garage with two cars that wouldn't fit. Lastly the ground floor ceilings are too low as it makes it seem smaller... Lovely home none the less with a great garden... I will also say that there's nothing like having your own media room... really nice house.
I'm surprised this house isn't worth more! The basement alone must've cost 500k. Great use of natural light and high ceilings-unusual to see in new builds these days! The walk-in closet is my dream 😍 Great tour Matt and Summer
Oooo turntable, yes ceiling to floor wardrobe, love the black frame windows, garden is neat,. This is a cool house but them stairs are scary,. Id never come down lol
Great property, although the master bedroom walk-in wardrobe was small. You should showcase another property in Essex with trainlines available on weekends too. Maybe Shenfield, Gidea Park, Chigwell or Romford Essex 🙂👌 NB: Some parts of Chelmsford is beautiful, but it's not for most people.
Love your tours! But please..... You need to show more new builds in Kent! 😊There's so many new developments being thrown up in Ebbsfleet, Longfield, Rochester, Dartford, Gravesened, Northfleet....
That's 15 minutes from me. I've always thought that house prices in the Chigwell (ish) area were vastly overpriced but it doesn't seem too costly for what you get. Fryerning in Essex is an expensive area. Not much ever comes up for sale there.
It is not stunning, the ceiling is so low and clustered, less than 8 feet I believe, for a house away from city area, it looks so small for the land size. Shame.
i love your shows , i enjoy watching the whole time. only one gripe, i have pressed like because you keep on for us to do so.please let it come naturally instead of us feeling pressured to do so . only a small gripe , i love watching your shows
Omg I love Essex and me and my wife might buy a house there in the future so it's good to see the area and the types of houses, I loved the house though. I wish it was sold furnished but still great house
Nice house but the developers have missed an absolute trick with that flat roof space off the 1st floor gallery landing. That is the perfect spot for a deck and possibly a hot tub in my opinion. Alternatively, money being no object, a small pool. With some structural reinforcement and clever design and lighting, you could easily have a glass bottom pool there and make that a feature inside the house aswell.
Nice area and nice aesthetic, but the bedrooms are small for the price. Also, no need to state you're not from the area each vid, just have the key notes to hand so you can share. Loving what you both are doing👌
Hi, first time visit :-D Enjoyed your tour, the frontage is a little disappointing for a £million house, didn't look like a lot of parking if you had a few friends to visit (in normal times, not covid ones) . The front lobby to the glass doors was small, the front room, wow really lovely space and the garden looked stunning (was there only one garden?) :-D Bedrooms kind of small and no en-suites except for master..... great when your kids are dinky, real pain when they are teens (hogging the bath/shower, doing their hair, make up etc.,) it's good to have more in the mornings lol. The kitchen, again, really lovely, great storage, but would have liked a bigger fridge and defo more freezer space for a family. Upstairs, it was a shame in the motorbike gallery (as you put it - which I loved as I have motorbike fans in the family lol) would have been nice for the frontage outside that to be a usable area, if you wanted to have a sit out with a drink on a sunlounger maybe on sunnier days? Thanks for the tour x
Am I the only one who is obsessed with this channel
No me too
No!
Nop
I’m hooked too 😂
No, I have been binge watching since I discovered them a few days ago, lol.

Tour Penthouses in Central London
Yess, I would love to see that as well! Not that I would ever be able to afford it haha
A tour of the penthouse in the wardian would be cool
A house maybe in Brighton/East Sussex area that backs onto the beach! Would be cool to see from the UK.
Rhian Jones yes that would be amazing 🤩 bit of Brighton character
Hastings!

Probably my favourite house so far. The decor is lovely 🤩 just not crazy about the wardrobes. How about touring properties in Bromley/South London?
Luv, luv, luv the transparent stairs.no obstruction by some off grain/color of wood. I like the design of the house.
Now this is a house, could easily be in America!
Are price also the same in America?

If I was moving in there I would probably make that basement "games/entertainment" room a massive master bedroom suite. I like a big bedroom.
I’m so happy bcoz I suggested Essex a few days ago and they actually did it. Thank you Matt and Summer
Nice house! But not family friendly to me though! I do like the idea of the utility room at the basement, one can do without the noise.💎💕
These house tours are giving me some good ideas for what I would like my house to be like when I’m older ☺️🤩👏

I love this house. I’ve been screenshotting throughout the video for future inspo
I really like this house, it’s got such a quality finish and presents real value for money. This was a good tour

A very good house, modern style, spacious! The only significant drawback is the ceiling height in the living room.
