you are very comfortable in front of the camera and show the properties very well, so many presenters rush through and dont open all the doors or show the rooms very well.
I really wish you guys will slow down the pace of the video to see certain areas of the house properly. There’s too many cuts. It’s not a walk through like the channel used to be 😢
£3.7m house and the radiators look like they are from B&Q. The doors and windows look like they are PVC. Lovely black tarmac at the front. Generic beige carpets upstairs. And look at the furniture they've used to stage it. This is been done to a budget that's for sure.
For me not keen on the exterior design - just doesn't flow - looks too heavy and cumbersome as though bits of extensions added and joined on. Steps to the front door is not good - for day to day usage and what if one were disabled?
I would argue 100k for the kitchen is a rip off in this case. It’s too shiny and looks like a high end Ikea kitchen. I’ve seen better hand crafted kitchens for 80k that look better than this. Also the entry way is a waste of space and the positioning of the stairs is poor. It’s all too wide in my opinion why not make the stairs into a feature in a squared or round entry way? I feel the architect could have done better designing this home.
I didn't get more than 2 and a half minuts into this film before I backed out of it! I only had to see what I saw, and spend another minute reading the other comments to draw my conclusion.. £3.7m for a house without a pool or gym blah blah blah... My biggest issue would be paying that much for a house that's within 15ft of the nextdoor neighbour!! I don't care where it is! You wouldn't have to travel far from Cheshire (or Trafford) to spend less on more, with land, outbuildings (with planning) probably, and without your nextdoor neighbour tucking you in at night!! And don't start me on the driveway surface! Money doesn't buy taste. This is a footballers house.
well presented Jas beautiful outfit. As the cameras always present colours differently I trust your judgment on colours ;) Not keen on the RL lighting though not imaginitive enough for me. Beautiful home I would change all the lighting. The carpeting would go as well. Maybe install a lift and definitely a pool enclosed. So much potential this home.

Lovely home... It's not often that radiators are treated as part of the decor rather than hidden.
❤ Id describe those cabinets called grayish green as a swamp like Gray. I got quite a few children with eyes that color mine are a sky blue light gray. Jasmine as always is absolutely beautiful and as usual the house matches.
Incredible property!! 😍 And I agree.. that suit hanger does look like a little Alien Man!!👍🙂 I also love the little knowledge you give us.. that the ideal ratio for a luxury house to its garden is one-third to two-thirds.. the golden ratio!! 🤓🧐... And Jas.. you're looking smoking hot as ever!! .. So much so that my TV screen has melted!!😁... Always wondered what Jas was short for!!🤔 Jasminder? Jaspreet? Was gonna say from your previous house tour when you lay down on the lounger in the spa that I pictured you as Princess 'Jasmine' ... and found out just now... that's your name!!🙏🙂🙏... Shall I talk to producers and ask them to replace Naomi Scott with you for Aladdin 2?👍😁... My favourite part of the house... Batman reading the paper!!👍👊... Looking forward to your next tour!!👍🙂

I like it. Certainly better value than the underground no garden no direct sunlight rubbish no detached residence rubbish in london for several millions more. It is obvious that money has been invested in the garden too, unlike other horrible new builds with a token shrub thrown in to a bland dead lawn.
Yes….unless it’s a very old home with lovely antique cast iron radiators, why would someone want B&Q style radiators everywhere? Same with air conditioning. All these footballer’s wives type properties always have big boxy plastic Panasonic A/C units hanging at the top of walls. They’re ugly as well as noisy. The lack of central air is definitely a sign of corner cutting budget-wise in these massive properties.
@@alisavas9526 Whatever - Wikipedia is always right! If you live in Altrincham it’s ’Altrincham, Cheshire’ - no-one would ever put ‘Altrincham, Trafford’.
I find the lack of any kind of pause between sentences to be a real distraction. I don’t know if it the editing style, and I know that the trend is to keep the viewer listening by keeping the narration constant, but it’s as if you’re not taking a breath at times, and I find that I’m holding mine waiting for you to finish. Sentences are abnormally long as well, with most ending with a ‘but’, ‘so’, or ‘and’. Lots of commas, not many full stops. I know this is incredibly picky, and you’re doing an excellent job. I’d just recommend letting your viewers digest what you’ve just said for an extra second here or there before moving onto the next sentence.
Buyers aren't so crazy buying on impulse atm... People want comfort but cheaper bills and the knowledge they wouldn't struggle to run the house when times get like the past 5 years
I'd either rip that horrible hallway/downstairs flooring up or carpet it. For the money I'd defo want an indoor pool. Gonna be moving up this way in the next few yrs, not to this house though
Lovely home but one thing seems to stand out for me and that’s the ceiling height, considering this is a new build ceilings should be a foot higher, looks out of sink with the size of the entry and rooms…..
Those cast iron downpipes either side of the front door...the gutters aren't even connected to them, so what use are they? And why would they have cast iron down pipes, but then use crappy plastic ogee guttering? THAT'S where the leaks will happen.
Yes, enjoyed the walk through with lots of great features until those radiators ... will have to do something about them when I move in and as below, might need some sort of ramp / handrail on those entrance steps ... 🤔
For that price, you’d expect that wide garage building to have a single open entrance instead of having 2 inexpensive garage doors separating the space. If the developer could afford £20K (actually, I don’t believe that), for a couple of generic stone caps at the entry gate, why couldn’t they spring for a long RSJ to open up the garage frontage? Oh…and nothing says “B&Q chic” more than plastic window frames with plate glass glazing that warps every reflection. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Obviously it’s a nice house and looks well finished in the video but for nearly £4m there is no wow factor, no crazy basement spa or man cave, no incredible views. It really does feel like a large home built for a footballer and his family who will only be there for a few years. Also., why is she talking about the developer saying there’s potential for pool? Why didn’t the developer put one in? It would have been a damn sight easier to put one in before the house was built.
Like most of the house. But the portico is very narrow and nobody considered wheelchair access. The hall storage should also be for coats but the hall layout is poor. The stairs seem a bit hidden and not a great feature. Shame.
I dont have a problem with the pacing of the video. But i do agree with the other comments, especially the pool. The entrance isnt grand enough for 4 million house. And only 7k sq ft? There is no privacy from the neighbours! No way
It’s crazy how European homes have fairly low ceilings, compared to homes in America. And garages. A home here in America if this caliber will have a 4, 5-car garage.
Lovely home but the entrance is too small compared to the size of the property. If I had sort of money to buy this house then I wouldn't want people living right next to me and having my garden overlooked by nosy parkers.
Don't like where the TV was positioned in the bedroom. I would be straining my neck just to see it and there is a little wall in the way. Home isn't meant to annoy you and I have found two things that already do. So wouldn't be for me.
Altrincham is not in Cheshire. It's Trafford, so is Hale, Hale Barns and Bowden... The problem with this house is the size and based on the amount of radiators, eventually the novelty wears off when the bills come in. This developer will struggle selling this house. People with money nowadays, are conscious about bills and expenses... Unless they sell the illegal stuff. This property doesn't shout elegance at all.... It's just modern, disconnected, low ceilings, too many areas and the property is to wide. The entrance door is somewhat ridiculously daft. Too small and also 3 steps when in fact you need a double tall door and at least one step... That's for the aesthetics and functionality. And all that asphalt at the front is like they ran out of ideas... Dumb investment tbf.
Why do you have wall heating in a house like that you would never see that in the U.S. and why are the ceilings so low homes here at that price ceilings start at 9 to 10 feet. and why do you have a cook top and not a high end rang and the lay out is just ODD?
Imagine all the cleaners you’ll need, gardeners, insurance, maintenance, energy bills, and never using half the rooms. You can only sleep in one bed,sit on one chair, use one knife and fork.
why most of the houses in the UK has low hight ceilings like these houses were built for hobbits? I understand energy saving, but people who can afford such luxury mansions will not bother about payng extra for high ceilings.

thats very true, now its more rushed and not a walkthrough. The layout is all never clear now days
😂😅 dodgy
Slow your play back speed in settings ..
Agreed, hopefully they'll see this comment.
Good home but i dont like the two wood contrast in the kitchen
Yeah I was thinking the same too... That dark wood just makes it look dated and boring.
i agree 100%

A budget? The kitchen is worth 100,000 lol
Envy?
I see lots of comments about the decorations, but i really like this one. But understand that taste is subjective
@words-island1011 i agree with you wholeheartedly, but these value homes tend to come fully furnished
No central air con system for that price. Doors and windows far to busy with all that thick white pvc gives old folks home vibes.
For me not keen on the exterior design - just doesn't flow - looks too heavy and cumbersome as though bits of extensions added and joined on. Steps to the front door is not good - for day to day usage and what if one were disabled?
Sorry but £3,750,000 for a home without a swimming pool or home cinema room / games room.... is not value for the amount requested...
It depends on location. A house with a pool in that area might be twice as expensive.
Honestly, a swimming pool in the UK is like an ashtray on a motorbike. I’d pay extra NOT to have one!
I would argue 100k for the kitchen is a rip off in this case. It’s too shiny and looks like a high end Ikea kitchen. I’ve seen better hand crafted kitchens for 80k that look better than this. That black tarmac drive is hideous. Like the one in my local Tesco.
Homes with an asking price of £3.7m don't have tarmac driveways.
What would you prefer instead?
@@lukesavage3067 Gravel or block paved.
Yep….The developer was definitely cutting corners budget-wise.
@@chandlerbingbong or resin 🤷🏼♂️ Anything but tarmac!
Beautiful house, a pool is needed in this property to make it complete
Lovely rear aspect view at 11.01-11.07 beautifully frames the garden and the principal subject as well just looks stunning don't you think?
Nice Alpina
Yep wish they would focus on the garages more!

Beautiful presentation and house. Bradgate road here in Altringham is a very secluded and lovely area.
this one v much to my taste, i'd buy it certainly. like the clean look at flooring. no clutter or gaudiness.

Lovely home, but radiators, no gym, no pool and a mass of windows. Paying for the postcode
Someone made a lot of money on that kitchen install
It was on the market last year for 4.5 million
Buyers aren't so crazy buying on impulse atm... People want comfort but cheaper bills and the knowledge they wouldn't struggle to run the house when times get like the past 5 years
No swimming pool at this price range tho!!
Beautiful outside but the inside is too minimalist, it’s missing colour, not going much on the furnishings
I'd either rip that horrible hallway/downstairs flooring up or carpet it. For the money I'd defo want an indoor pool. Gonna be moving up this way in the next few yrs, not to this house though
A impressive Property( And a Beautiful Gdn) ,but the Price is open to debate!.Good presentation,
House is nice, but your silver slingbacks are gorgeous :) May I ask the designer / model name?
As to 'privacy,' one could shake hands with the neighbors on one side.
Well done Jaz. Your pitch was done like a pro in this video. 👍🏻

BLACK TARMAC, LOOKS
EXPENSIVE, WITH A TOUCH OF COUNCIL HOUSE CHIC.
Bang on, I might put a bid in for that it's double giro week next week

For 3.75 million, I'd expect an indoor pool / Spa / Gym complex. I think the architect slipped up there - Just IMHO.
Stunning
And the house is nice too
Should be double doors at the entrance in my humble opinion
