It's nice but i'm getting hotel vibes from it and I think the amount of black accents/dark decor vibe makes it look more cramped than what it really is
An interesting and well-presented property video. However, as with most info I receive from agents, the asking price is mentioned but the annual/monthly management fees get overlooked. I have seen some very interesting properties well within my budget but the management fees made them unaffordable.
Nearly 4 mil, my friends live in Lambeth down the road 10 mins walking. They would slap the head off me for buying that tiny place! Great for bonfire night/New years eve and that, perhaps networking with fellow residents but nothing else!
Fabulous cozy little apartment with a killer balcony and hidden TV room. Bowling alley is a nice touch. You can pop out for a long walk along the Southbank walkway. Much better views than the units behind the London Eye. Vauxhall station is only 500 yards away. Plenty of dog parks around. The rooftop terrace is also very nice.
This has a very nice penthouse, the Beacon, on top of it, with a covered area of 6,000sft, a terraced area of 2,000sft, towering ceilings, 360-degree views of the London skyline and those of Thames, and direct access to the Thames. It occupies the entire footprint of the building (the Corniche).
That is a superbly and luxuriously decorated apartment, fantastic views and great location. Also compared to some of the prices of apartments in London pretty good value.

I haven’t finished the video yet but £3,800,000 for a 3 bed 3.5 bath with just over 2,000 sq ft of interior on the Thames overlooking Parliament seems almost like a discount for the area. I’m not familiar with prices in the immediate area so I might be off, that just stood out to me as being cheaper than I expected.
Because it's the south bank of the Thames. Remember, location, location, location. Most in demand: 1. Belgravia, 2. Knightsbridge, 3. Mayfair and 4. Chelsea.
@@markhirstwood4190 undoubtedly, there’s more popular areas and it’s still not cheap per se, I was just a bit surprised with how much it offers.
