- Hey FitFam,
Welcome to Day 5 of the 5-day fitness challenge. This is a glute and ab focused workout. This workout includes 20 minutes of strength training with weights, and 10 minutes of cardio.
Each exercise is 45 secs on and 15 secs rest
Equipment: I have a set of 15lb dumbbells. Use the weight that is most comfortable for you
Let's get ready to sweat and have some fun!
Workout:
Alternating side lunges
Reverse lunge to kick back
Squat walks
Split squat
Sumo sqaut pulse
Deadlift to squat
Standing side crunch
Squat to crunch
Dumbbell bicycles
Weighted sit-ups
Drummers to punch out
Under knee taps
Heel tap to knee raise x2
Alternating squat floor touches
Mountain climbers
