Full Body Lean and Strong - Powerful HIIT - Super Sweaty
Hey FitFam,
I hope you are ready to sweat with this one! This is a high energy, fat melting, calorie burning, full body workout. This workout combines weights and cardio, the best combination to blast fat! Choose a pair of dumbbells that will challenge you, but not too heavy.
This workout will begin with a 90 second warm up that includes 3 exercises, 30 seconds each, back to back. Then we jump into the 25-minute workout. There is a 1-minute break at the half-way point.
Each exercise is 45 secs on and 15 secs rest
Equipment: pair of dumbbells
Let's get ready to sweat and have some fun!
Workout:
Lunge w/ single arm row (each side)
Jumping Jacks
Sumo squats
Deadlifts
Alternating hops
Alternating overhead press
Bicep curl with twist
Jacks w/ weights
Straight leg sit ups
Jump forward and back to burpee
Weighted bicycles

This came up on my feed because I've been looking for strength videos to do at home with dumbbells. Looks like a great workout! Love how clean your workout area looks, too.
