#TheWho
Truly one of the top groups of all-time. In their 70s, they sound better than most bands today. When Giants roamed the earth.
Sure
The hammer-ons in the intro need a lot more guts. Thunderfingers, you are sorely missed.
Long live rock!!
Amen Brother!
Growing up my dad put all the greats in my head. The Beatles, the doors, ELO, zeppelin, Pink Floyd, etc. but this album, Tommy, and this song always felt a cut above. Every song was awesome. The Who are incredible.
That drummer is ringo starr's son
Are you sure? Looks like younger that Zak Starkey
Yes he is, I checked
Yes he his
Keith moon taught Zak starky how to play the drums
That's why the drummer is amazing
EXTREMA QUALIDADE!!!!!! VIVA OS QUEM!
I admire these guys so much for keeping this great band together for their fans.
Amazing perfomance!
I miss John :(
It's weird seeing someone else playing the bass.
Paladino is a monster player too, quite great. He's not John, but no one ever will be. He's quite good to play the part however.
nikiforos6 you are an idiot
too much coke....
nikiforos6 I know right!!!!
You don't get the nickname Thunder fingers for nothing. No one is replaceable.
Of course they don't sound exactly the same as in the 70's but they are still quite impressive and have aged well.
Seeing them next week, they are the best!
👍 LOVE This Song By The Who! Even At Their Ages Now, They Still Rock!! Jon Entwhistle + Keith Moon, R.I.P... 🦋
what a great band it still is!
Awesome band, they are the real deal
My number #1 since I was blown away by the airing of The Kids Are Alright on Showtime 43 years ago. I was eleven years old with Kiss posters on my wall. No one ever dethroned The Who!
Seeing them in March in NJ! I'm 14 and all my friends have never heard of the who, but my dad introduced me to them and I can't get their songs out of my head
+david gottschall I am seeing them in March as well. Exciting feeling, isn't it?
will they be touring in michigan?
No one cares about your age, if you wouldn't have mentioned would anyone care less? No, you're awesome, but no one cares about your ages though...
13, i discovered them by myself, seeing them in October
I saw them this part March and they were fucking powerful man. You're gonna love them.
What jumps out straight away in this track is that fucking drummer. Wow he totally nails it.
A banda mais foda do planeta!!!!!!!
0:20 Roger turns into spider man.
long Life the who
1975 I have the dvd Tommy great 🎥
Great Song!!!
Je ne me lasse jamais de les écouter. Ils sont fondateurs de beaucoup de formations musicales.
I'm 58, these have been going since i was born ffs, amazing
I don’t care what age you are. This song gets you going!
Great song
lucky and old enough to have seen them play in glasgow twice 1976 when i was 13 and in 81 when i was 17! still the 2 best gigs ever.
Best music
You know, I think these Who guys have a bright future ahead of them....They could really make it!!
Ummm, they exist from 1964, what are you talking about?
Plus there are only 2 original members here, being Daltrey and Pete, Keith and John are dead
You must be fun at parties....
Rock in roll, The Who
Rodger Daughtry still can sing ‼️
It's amazing how some of the rockers 🎸 players went from Gibson to Fender Stratocaster > Townsend, Beck, Trower , Hendricks
Perfect band for the setting, ninja result
Tommy is the greatest rock opera ever!
Hmm, I prefer Quadrophenia; just perfection IMO.
Fantasticiiiiiii
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!
The Who have such a huge catalogue that they don't have to play any 'one' song for people to feel they saw a complete Who performance. That has got to help them stay fresh.
incredible, still
can't wait to see them in Toronto
I wanted to see them back in May
best band :)

Roger Daltrey still Kool AF😎
Was at their concert in Croydon, 69! Two hours and fifteen minutes without any break, without any little gapmbetweennthe songs, nothing but the pure sound pressure! Madness!Compare this Who in the Park with that famous Stones at the same place... what a kindergarten the f
+Boba Zivkovic comparing with this one. Technically of course as for me, both folks are unforgettable part oh my youth, present and far future!

The pinnacle of Townsend's iconic career....."that deaf, dumb and blind kid sure plays a mean pinball...."
Quadrophenia is definitely the pinnacle of his career. Tommy is was a milestone though!

Hes dead idiot
OMG come to Chile please! Or I wont die in peace
Ооо дааа!
I just love Keith's T shirt in this. Would have been even better if it was all white and mother-of-pearl button-through and long-sleeved with a stiff collar and reversible cuffs. I love it.
Roger always cool
See them live in 1988 on San Diego rose bowls stadium (25th anniversary tour) with LSD!!!!!
Roger Daltrey is timeless
10/10.
The Who are one of my favorite bands ever, but I can't see Pete Townsend with a red Fender Stratocaster instead of a cherry Gibson SG with P90!!!
Domani a Firenze, finalmente
SUPER DRUMS
who would dislike this
Saw the film in q975
el mago de flipper \m/
Not a bad wee band. They could go places.
Gary Kirby lol

Omg that's where Queen performed in 1976!!!
+Rhythm Bulzara AND THE STONES IN 1968! : ))
+Prof. Harvey Crichton Stones was 69, King Crimson opened for them.
Well yeah of course they do, i mean Hyde Park is a very historic place for music especially for rock
Lots of bands and people have played there.
Well let's see the next generation top that
drums lack so much but what would i expect.. i couldnt do any better so.. props zAk
Who's the best rock group ? ... Who ! ... I mean who's the best rock-n-roll group ? ... Who ! ... the name of the best band ? ... Who ! ... I mean name the group that plays the best rock-n-roll ? ...Who is the best rock band ! ... Well why are you asking me for? ... I'm not asking you - I'm telling you, who is the best ! ... I'm asking you - who's the best ? ... That's the band's name ! ...
Who? Yes! Yes? No, Who!
the who sound great live 🐒
Human are mortals . Musicians are humans. Keith moon, John Entwisle, Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend are musicians. But the Who are immortals. The Who music's will be just the b(a)est for all fucking time!!!!!!!
1:52 I saw Ziggy Stardust in white
thats funny she played a hell of a game of pool to she could clear the table np !
I wonder if the Moving On tour will be as big as this?
Yes the Who has been down from Soho down to Brighton since '65 or so.
Oh that deaf dumb&blind kid sure plays a mean pinball. Such a supple wrist. Disciples lead him in
he does the rest. Have we been working hard on this since '44 or so? Are we
the cleanup crew from ww2? Bad job but someone's gotta do it.
Such a teenage wasteland. Out here in the fields we fight for our meals.
We don't need to be forgiven.
Roger's spider-man moves are on point
The greatest bass player in the world needs two bassists to be able to keep up with him
There is one bass player, Pino Paladino.
@@AgilDogsVideo i grew up with his brothers marc and gulliane
Can anyone tell me the closing chord
No drummer since Moon died has made any of the who's early work justice when it come to filling in for Keith Moon.
My dad's guitar 🎸 was like that...
Pino on bass guys
Zak...Zak...Zak Starkey...Beatles son joining the who ..replacing his hero..great drummer Zak..
0:20 bro is more flexible than i am (im 18)
i love how they need two bass players to be able to keep up with the greatest bass players riffs he established in their music. RIP Entwistle
I'm fairly certain the only bass player is Pino Paladino. The other older guy is Pete's brother, playing rhythm guitar
+Bill Kerksiek that is correct 😊
@@billkerksiek208 hi Bill, very very late reply I know 😂 but isn’t that Andy Fairweather Low on rhythm guitar?
26 thumbs down from children born in the wrong century. Pobrecitos.
is that Pino Paladino?
metalsabatico yes it is ! He's also played with Nine Inch Nails too . He's awesome
Its funny how you knew I knew him from playing with John Mayer. And NIN? Damn, thats cool.
Keith moon also
the öther side öff aströtömmyy
where is Elton ?
walking brains lol
0:28 they need 1 Bass and one guitar to replace John's intro and they Still dont get It...
Okay I can see he's missing the e string
Mi banda favorita the who
Esta presentación no es de este mundo *-*
Pete Townshend goat
Funny, here in Brazil they opened for Guns'n Roses, shouldn't it be the other way around? GNR to open show for Alice Cooper and The Who.
Every one wants the original arrangement but you get a bass player with different style it's going to be different
It's the same replacing Malcom Young's awesome rhythm with maybe Steve Vai. SV is excellent but probably wouldn't be able to get the sound Mal got.
They could have got John Paul Jones because he is probably more familiar with JE style.
