This brings tears of pure joy to my eyes. Thank you, Mr. Buddy Guy for finding these kids and sharing the spotlight with them. You're doing a great service to music and the world. Kids, keep rocking. The blues will light the way. Someone please give them some world-class gear and hook them up with Orianthi and Stevie T.
This generation is so talented. Josh is just as incredible on the piano as he is on the blues harp, and his voice is golden too. Like James said, at his age I couldn’t even play the radio. I think we are leaving our music in good hands with these kids. They know where their roots are, and they will stay true to them, and keep them alive to pass on to the next generation. This was awesome Josh.
My husband and I saw Josh with Tony Emanuel at The Variety Playhouse in Atlanta this past weekend and I have had smiles all week. Such an amazing young artist!
It`s a good example what happens to kids, if parents promotes their (positive) interests and talents! It makes me sad if parents park their kids in front of the TV, or let them sit alone on the PC, for hours. How can they should fully develop creative, on such a way? Quinn and Josh are fantastic! Technically, there are many who can play that way, but the most important thing is, that your instrument gets a soul in your hands. These guys have this god given talent!
An endorsement from Buddy Guy is pure gold. QUOTE: "You got to know about these kids. The reason I'm saying that, when I was his age I didn't even know who to play a fucking radio." Word!
That. Was. INCREDIBLE. That's CRAZY how good that lil' man was on the harmonica! Wow!
There are just no words for how much this touches my heart...
