Protein is just one part of a diet and it's quite ubiquitous in nature. Nimai Delgado has made numerous videos of what he eats in a day. I don't have a meal plan persay, been a jacked vegan for 20 years now (age 54 5'10" 220lbs with abs). I eat a shit-tonne of tempeh, nutz, and pea protein.
People are doubting about where would vegetarians and vegans got protein to build muscles from . Were as Gorillas are insanely strong by consuming mostly plants . And in the zoos , they would eat almost 100% vegies and still get insane physique.
First and foremost , gorillas eat around 10% of their body weight in fruit daily ! That would be ridiculous for a human and you would develop diabetes. Second of all , they are not human , they are predespositioned to have huge muscles and are beats , designed that way . These guys here are all heavy on the sauce 💉 , so being vegan or not really doesn't matter in this context .

That's because most people have been spoon fed lies about the fact that if you eat a vegan diet, you're all of a sudden going to starve yourself or some other absurd thing. It stems from the fact that normie people that go vegan just eat random vegetables and fruit and completely disregard the fact that you have to eat food that will make you hit optimal macro and micro nutrient intake. People on the internet see this and think that eating no meat is impossible because the people that say they don't eat meat, look like shit. When I was 13, I used to have about 200g of just plant protein through stuff like tofu, soy, kidney beans, etc as my dermatologist said dairy products were the root cause of my acne and I never ate meat due to the fact my parents are pure vegetarians. My height growth suddenly stopped at 5'7", and gym wasn't having much effect on me and my strength. At 15, once I was finally under 20% body fat, I again took dairy products and started eating meat by somehow convincing my parents. My height growth began and now I am 5'11" (been one year) and have achieved amazing progress strength wise. I am not relating this to the consumption of plant based products, as I still eat tofu and other stuff, but I can surely say that they do have an overall effect. Most plant based ingredients dont provide many vital nutrients and their protein to calorie ratio is too high to make them viable for cutting (diet plans can be made, but they cant be as effective as other plans). I constantly reported low b12, iron, and calcium. I had to take supplements for 4 months to return to normal levels. Moreover the argument that we were meant to be herbivores is stupid. If that was the case, god would have given us stomachs that could digest fiber. We won't have canines in our mouth. We are always meant to be the ones in middle, the omnivores. Coming to the physiques shown in this video, they are merely not possible regardless of whether your a vegan or not. You can only be one out of the three: Shredded Massive Strong You would have to compensate for the other two if you want to achieve any one of this.

Most plant based ingredients dont provide many vital nutrients and their protein to calorie ratio is too high to make them viable for cutting (diet plans can be made, but they cant be as effective as other plans).
I constantly reported low b12, iron, and calcium. I had to take supplements for 4 months to return to normal levels.
Moreover the argument that we were meant to be herbivores is stupid. If that was the case, god would have given us stomachs that could digest fiber. We won't have canines in our mouth. We are always meant to be the ones in middle, the omnivores.
Coming to the physiques shown in this video, they are merely not possible regardless of whether your a vegan or not.
You can only be one out of the three:
Shredded
Massive
Strong
You would have to compensate for the other two if you want to achieve any one of this.

The balance I find to be good is eating small portions of every thing. Don’t over do it with the carbs fiber meat or dairy and you’ll feel better. Portions for meat nowadays are wavyyy too much. And also for dairy and carbs. It’s like people forgot how to eat a healthy amount because society constantly gives you large amounts of everything
