That's easier said than done. Especially for people who don't fully understand what the number on the scale is telling them. I've spoken to people who are seemingly incapable of understanding that the scale doesn't tell them how fat they are. For someone like that, the scale is more of a hindrance than a useful tool. It would be better if they weighed themself less frequently, or not at all.
Because of your approach, that is why I am using you. A lot of information out there and people can get into information overload. Been there done that. Since you are telling me what to do when to do it I just simply follow your advice and learn from it. I've had good success so far but it's only been a month. The best is yet to come!
I started tracking my weight on July 15. Using your spreadsheet. And my weekly average weight keeps going down. I found eating a little more has also helped. My workouts haven’t changed much. I was 196 on July 15. Today I was 186.4. Almost 10lbs. I found your channel to be the most realistic of the many weight loss channels I have seen. The do what I did to lose 50lbs. Yeah. I worked for you. But doesn’t mean it works for others. I found my own way with some of your advice mixed it.
Dude i appreciate so much your videos, im 18yo and i suffered an injury in my hand, i loved weightlifting but i couldn´t train for 6 months, i recently started training again but i got a little fat in the time i was injured, y hope to get my old physique back soon, and your advices in every video help me a lot
I have a very physical job and walk between 15k and 20k steps a day, I lift 3 days a week full body, currently eating 2500 calories a day and my weight isn’t moving much but I’m super hungry
"is it possible that spending too little money could be hurting your savings" not directly of course, but yeah, it's a pretty common financial advice that you can be too cheap and end up buying something that needs to be replaced way faster than a slightly more expensive option, costing you more in the long run. Kinda similar to dieting too hard and binging after, I guess.
That money saving analogy was 💯 😂
Glad you could appreciate that one :)
weight yourself every day just not obsess over it
yes indeed

Eat less, move more is not a bad advice at all. It is the most economical too.
I hear you. It's technically correct, but not super helpful for lots of people.
160 pounds is too heavy for a guy?
Not inherently, no.
If you’re short then yes. But if you’re over five foot seven then no.
