  • We hosted panel discussion on 'Winning with Generational Diversity' on 21st Aug 24, 3.00PM - 4.30PM.
    In today's dynamic workplace, understanding and harnessing the unique strengths of different generations is key to driving innovation and fostering a collaborative environment. Our diverse panel, featuring experts from various age groups, shared their unique perspectives and experiences on how to effectively integrate and benefit from a multigenerational workforce.
    What we intented to cover:
    1. Address common generational differences to bridge gaps and foster collaboration.
    2. Explore how generational diversity can enhance team dynamics and drive innovative solutions.
    3. Discuss strategies for creating an inclusive environment.
    4. Discover techniques to leverage the unique strengths of each generation to improve efficiency.
    The Expert Panelist were:
    1. Mrinal Pandey - Mrinal brings a fresh and dynamic perspective to the table. With her experience in HR and her passion for creating harmonious work environments, she will provide insights into how organizations can effectively engage and support the younger workforce. Her experience in personalizing employee experiences and fostering inclusive practices will be a key discussion point in bridging generational gaps and driving organizational success.
    2. Shishir Tyagi - Shishir is strategic and Business focused HR Professional with an extensive experience in multicultural environments. He has 24+ years of work experience working in HCL and Network Program. Currently he is People Practice Lead of ASEAN, North Asia & Middle East at HCL Technologies. In addition to that he is business partner for enterprise services for growth markets. He is currently based at Singapore.
    3. Geeta Khattar - Geeta Khattar is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of extensive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. Currently
    serving as the General Manager at DLF Limited, she leads the Learning and Talent Management vertical across all business units. Prior to this, Geeta excelled at HCL Technologies, where she led global projects in HR Operations and Learning & Development, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture. Her career spans significant roles at Xerox Corporation, Sony India, and Philips India, where she has been instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive L&D programs, performance management systems, and D&I strategies. Recognized for her leadership and contribution to HR excellence, Geeta is an ICF-accredited Coach and has earned numerous accolades, including the Best Places to Work for Women Award at Xerox India.
    Geeta holds certifications in performance and competence development, neuro intelligence, and psychometric tools, showcasing her commitment to continuous professional growth and her expertise in building high-performing teams and organizational culture.
