This pusher setup is definitely nice! Curious as to why more folks are not upgrading the intercoolers on these trucks. Seems like the next logical upgrade especially if you're already replacing all the piping. Another great video ARod!
I agree . The factory intercooler is restricted- mishimoto has proven dyno results.
Hey Arod, I see this guy removed his factory fog lights. I can see the block off. Let him know that he needs to remove the far right connector from the ECM (if standing in front of the truck facing the ECM) if he gets water in the connectors underneath the truck, it will backfeed into the ECM and cause all kinds of problems. Just unplug the connector and leave it off. They sell a plug for that port.
Will pass it along
I like the way the EGR cooler gets reinstalled back on the motor it gives you so much more room... 😉 nice job A-Rod
I don’t know why everyone says these trucks are so hard to work on. ARod makes it look fairly easy! 👍🏼
Looks like a very quality product and your attention to detail during the install is second to none, as per usual. Very nice.

I did their full kit in red with coolant reroute and their coupler for the ccv reroute while keeping the ccv in place, new style with no filter acts like a catch can. Their air filter housing clips right to the lower filter housing. Pretty slick kit but damn expensive. I love it, so much room to do activities now. Real easy to get to the cp4 when my S&S DCR arrives.
I can’t find the full kit with the intake filter for my 2020? Where did you find it?

I put my emission compliant intake tubes with a Mishimoto intercooler and boost tubes on my 22 and what a huge difference. Pusher makes great stuff
What did you see diff. Mpg’s …power? Torque.
They are suppose to be having those for the 2011-2016s by the end of the year! I reached out to them few weeks ago about it to do on my 2012! Clean looks!
I talk to Pusher when SPE came out a kit for the 2012 dual intake tubes and they said they weren’t going to make a kit for those years so hopefully they changed their minds because I will buy it if it comes out

This has to be the sickest kit I've ever seen. Has to be the one for me!
I think I’m going to get this intake system for mine! Then upgrading the cp4 to the dcr will be easier for whomever I get to do that job!

@@PowerStrokeTechTalkwARod Roger that good sir! My truck is a 2015 so I have to order the 2017 pedestal kit for the KC turbo. Do you think it will cause any fitment issues with this piping kit?

That was a lot of work hope they enjoy it wish we closer together I could keep you busy thanks for all you show us
The Blue Man Group and Papa Smurf would be happy 😃 I would prefer red or stainless.
That looks really good imma check if they have it for the 2016.
I just want Ford to start painting the blocks on these engines..... preferably blue💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Just got my titanium colored set a pipes for my 18 and also went the SPE reroute kit and new turbo coolant hose.
Just need to find time to install.
Might need to take a sick day to make it happen….
I just stumbled over pushers hot and cold side tubes lastnight because I can get them in blue and then looking around. I stumbled over this(but for 15-19) and I was wondering your thoughts on it, So I’ll just keep watching. Love it, I think I’m going to do this, collecting other parts at the moment and do a whole lot of top of the engine stuff at the same time.
The client loves it
@@PowerStrokeTechTalkwARod The thing other than the looks that I like the most out of it is that the air is not smacking up against the wall and then the swirling to the left them up and over and that they’re feeding the EGR in line with it, and it is too cool that they just set it up to where they could just flip the EGR tube over. I mean, this is absolute KISS(keep it simple stupid).
You definitely Earned Your $$on that installation. And I'm a Blue man too I, have a Sinister Diesel intake horn and CAC pipes on my 05 6.0l and also a BD Diesel intercooler and a Mishimoto radiator. Fine work by you my friend. Thanks again for the top-notch content that you provide us.
Nice work!. What are the HP and fuel average gains of this system?
It’d be nice if we could get these upgrades for the 2011’s out here without a turbo upgrade.

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I have the same hot and cold side pipes on my truck ur fingers get a workout with those boots but black pipes
Just installed on my 19 F350 with the h&s intercooler piping
Gotta use alcohol to wipe down the outside of the pipe . That helps a ton
Did the pusher on my 16 F350. Way more throttle response.
A way to secure those coolant lines would be zip tie with a metal eyelet x2, bolt the eyelet under a lower intake bracket bolt and one under a throttle body bolt.
Bought it last month and installed this weekend. Everything went well and no codes. BUT, if I idle for a long time or do an OCR, my pusher pipes laser temp at 190 degrees by the butterfly valve and over 200 after the egr connection. Driving around town the temp is 50 to 75 degrees less. Plan on putting heat proof tape on the electrical and various hoses in a the area Of the pusher intake. Performance wise, Sounds great and my boost spins up faster
Buddy your stock intake is gonna be the same temperature
@NycCitizen Hey, it looks like your into keeping track of temps & maybe other data...you need to get a Banks idash(Super Gauge and/or the Data Monster) to stay on top of truck's info/health👍💪💯

This project is absolutely beautiful new Blue parts! Although, Other than replacing the aluminum casting manifolds, and adding pretty blue. What is the purpose of this replacement modification? Is there an improvement in breathing, cooling or performance if turbo & boost remain the same and all emission components remain? I see the benefit adding air ram / air cleaner replacement with a Banks… adds improvement on the air intake but this kit for the Price, I’m not seeing the gain or improvement. The additional kit, adding the intercooler new piping, if boost remain the same, additional strength isn’t needed from new piping, what is the gain in that kit?
Totally nice looking, but very pricey for under the hood pretties & color accents… all parts over $1,700.
Did u happen to look at their parts description
@@PowerStrokeTechTalkwARod Yes, and heard / read about the improved flow CFM. Which is important on the naturally aspirated side, not as important on the turbo’s pressure side.
I understand it improves & smooths the path of induction to heads, but under pressure that’s not a major improvement… air density hasn’t improved at the cylinder ports…. Turbo Boost & Air Density remain essentially the same.
Agree, it’s beautiful and cleans up the top side of motor. That has worth too, but question the gains.
@@dougcjohnHey, hope your having a great day!...Here's the advantages in improving air flow on the pressure side of turbo: one, less resistance allows the turbo to spool up quicker and fill the cylinder space faster & easier. Two, since the turbo is operating more efficiently and then you can utilize the extra air available from a better flowing intake. Three, a turbo that runs more efficiently tends to have less wear and thus a longer life. Also, many that is running the Pusher PowerFlow intake & Turbo Inlet has report improved mpg from .5 to 2. In my case (2018 F350 XLT cc lb drw) I've seen from 16.7mpg to 17.4 mpg
@@zekester1 Appreciate the info. I realized turbo would gain some efficiency due to improved smoothness & bends, thus aiding spooling time but didn’t think it would provide much performance improvement on a stock emission engine with stock turbo & exhaust emissions restricted.
I can see a mild improvement, just questioned the value to have that minimal gain for the price. Several other options provide more substantial gains at a much better cost/gain ratio. Exp: Derringer or Ram Air Intake.
The MPG results are interesting, the fuel combustion, computer matrix for A/F & Turbo control unchanged and exhaust remains emission restrictive.
I can see a MPG minimal improvement with no load daily driving since power is not being demanded, even the minimal improvement not being utilized, but under load there could be more improvement.
Although I can see improvement if combined with Banks pedal and derringer added since derringer is tweaking fuel, air & boost based on readings and pedal monster helping to stabilize pedal input.
If dressing up the engine bay while adding a mild improvement is End Goal… then cost to dress up can be justified if that’s the goal. Personally, I’ll probably add these pipes when I get to stage to replace CP4 pump with DCR or Desaster kit mainly for 1) improved serviceability & access, and 2) clean design & beautiful blue pipes. 3) Help performance gains with Banks components.
Along the same thought path… I like the Banks 5” Exhaust. Back pressure reducing & performance/MPG minimal gain expectation isn’t the end game… goal is to lower exhaust temp blown back across pricey 5th Wheel and a nice mild turbo tone change…. Gladly take any MPG/Performance gains but not high expectations.
@@dougcjohn Hey, I agree with most of your thoughts. Let me explain my 6.7 powerstroke journey...I drove my new '18 dually about 1 1/2 years before putting on mods (except for Banks iDash after 6 months)...Then pulled the trigger on more Banks stuff( had Banks stuff on my 6.0) another iDash(Data Monster), the Ram Air cai, 5" monster exhaust, Derringer set @ power level 3 & Pedal Monster set @ city level 10...Those mods delivered not only more power but my mpg went from 16.2 to 16.7...Drove it that way until July this year( only adding HSM cold side charge tubes)...In July had ARod change out CP4 to DCR, Pusher PowerFlow intake & Turbo Inlet, HSM hot side charge tubes, PPE lower oil pan....These mods as stated before mpg's went from 16.7 to 17.4 also the Pusher intake gave me a quicker response so I lower my pedal Monster setting from City level 10 to city level 8... Now I have too keep my urges in check because the Pusher has a Bad Ass growling sound!!!😉🤣👍💪💯
Love the blue. How closely does it match the velocity blue? I’ve been wanting this since they released it. I’ll get it eventually.
Nice job as usual 👏
Saving my pennies for this kit
You will like, big difference
Very very nicely done ARod, you should sign ur name on the pipe by ARod. Thanks for sharing buddy ur the best
I have too say it looks very nice
I email the company and they said the system nets roughly 66% better flow better than OEM. They didn't test for HP gains. (Too bad)
OH HELL YEAH!!!!!🤩😍👍💪💯
The hot and cold side pipes are supposed to have some flex. The silicone boots will not last. I have learned from experience. I put a piping kit on my powerstroke and after three months they were trash. Torque will tear them silicone boots. Better boot kit with more flex is around $250.00 dollars. Nothing like breaking down in the middle of nowhere and no parts available.
I've had silicone boots on my truck for over 5 years. Your boots were probably trash quality to begin with.
Looks so good! does it do anything for power?
Better throttle response
I don’t like that they powder coated the flange mating surface and the inside
Yeah I'd be worried about paint eventually flaking off into the intake

Man, it's a shame the rusty little pipe from the EGR cooler has to go connected to such pretty blue pipes 😂 Can that be painted at all?
I mean, sure, yeah. It can be painting
What type of silicon do you use to lube boots? I typically use a soapy water solution as any time I have used silicon I have fought the boost tubes blowing off… just curious what type you are using that doesn’t hinder the tubes ability to seal? Great work sir!!
I think i showed u in the video, 3m
How do you purge the fuel system after disconecting all those lines?
Have you had any issues installing these aftermarket pipes to the throttle bodies ? After the third O-ring tearing and leaking I removed my aftermarket S&S pipe and just put the factory pipe back on . I will say that S&S did send me replacement O-rings at no charge . I just lost confidence in the design . The part was extremely hard to install and almost impossible to not tear the O-ring . This kit you put on seems to be allot better designed. Awesome installation video .
S&S doesnt make pipes
I’m looking at these for sure. Do they really make ANY difference?

Use hairspray instead of silicone spray. The hairspray is slippery and has a nice bite to it so the couplers won't blow off.

Bud...
AROD could u talk to pusher about making a lower dual tube for the 2011 and up models
Sure will
AROD I asked them to make that pipe but they told me that everyone goes the 2015 turbo so instead of making that pipe they want u to spend 3000 for a updated turbo plus install just to upgrade those sweet pipes I already have the pusher hot and cold pipes
Not everyone wants to replace a turbo that still works good
They’re not going to because most folks do the retrofit upgrade and use the newer turbo.
Does it work with the HSM hot and cold pipes? Or one big kit?
It will yes!!!
Any thoughts on the s&b pipes? i purchased a cold side pipe and cold air intake and haven’t had any issues. Waiting for them to come out with the hot side pipe for the 2022 super duty.
Ehhh
Newbie here what is the benefit to this induction system? Can you get to the pump to install the disaster kit without removing the induction system?
Hey Mike, the system flows 15% more air to the turbo & 66% more to the intake which is right up there to their off-road intake systems...better throttle response & mileage gains of .5 - 2 mpg depending truck set up & driving habits
Arod this maybe a dumb question but if it's getting more air isn't going to need more fuel to compenate just asking?
That way of thinking is strictly for gasoline. We do not have 2 calculate that on a diesel
Do you have to do a turn on the truck after installing it? or is it good to go as is?
Good to go!
Is this kit better than spe kit??
Might be a redundant question. But does this affect the factory warranty?
No
Banks Power Ram-Air Intake would it void my new 2022 ford f450 vehicle warranty
No. Dont forget that white sticker under your hood above head lamp
What does this do to your factory warranty?
Does this void your warrant?
No
Got the system. P0069 code. Map drops to 6 or 7 at shut down. If it takes more than 20 seconds for the map to reach aap, p0069 is set by pcm. Pusher baffled. Doesn’t happen with stock system. Apparently the exhuast turbo blades pulls a vaccine thru the egr tube which pusher terminates near the map. Had to remove the map oring to prevent the p0069. Getting a little exhuast smell but no p0969. Sensors are new. Thinking about drilling a hole in throttle body valve to help equalize pressure faster. Ideas anyone?
Is this upgrade Carb approved for emissions clean air rules?
Yes, it maintains all factory connections. Visit Pushers site
I can't wait until they have a CARB number for this🤣😭😡
Soon, soon
What's this diffrence vs mpd kit?
🤷♂️
Do you need a tune to run this set up or can you run it stock?
Hey Justin, the Pusher Powerflow Intake & Turbo Inlet was designed for use with OEM equipment & stock tuning..(as per Pusher)the Turbo Inlet flows 15% more than stock & the Powerflow Intake flows 66% more than stock....you can use stock hot & cold side charge tubes + the stock air intake can be used or your preferred aftermarket ones.
Great info I was going to do this while my truck is still under the 100k but also on the verge of trimming some fat in the engine bay but I'm still on the fence but think if I can do this for now at least it will be one thing already install waiting to unleash the full potential
