What's your opinion on a front leveling kit for a 250 4x4? Bagged on the rear, but I'd like a little more up front. Also shock and stabilizer replacing factory? Any suggestions are appreciated. I respect your knowledge. Thanks

Instead of beating the snot out of the rotor at 10:15, get a 5/8 grade 8 bolt, nut, and a couple washers and use it as a press between the caliper bracket mount and the rotor. Vic's Garage has a video on it

I’ve been running Powerstop pads and rotors on my F-350 for 150,000 miles. The rotors are great, and the pads keep getting better. The last carbon fiber ceramics I put on have been great. Those are the exact brakes I put on my 2012 superduty. I'm convinced they're the best especially for the price. 2 years and about 60k miles and hardly any wear. I don't tow or haul much but the heavy duty pad and rotor set from brake motive off ebay lasted me a year. Switched all 4 to powerstop - they only make one grade drilled and slotted rotor but you can get them in a set with 2 different grades of pads - definitely recommend the extreme pads to go with them.

I use either Wagner or Powerstop brakes. The last two brake jobs I did, the wheels were "welded" to the hubs. I had to heat the wheel centers to get the wheels off. I always thoroughly clean the hub surface and wheel centers. I apply anti-seize or "Lisa Frank Glitter Paste" as I now call it to both the wheel centers and hub surfaces. Here in Southern New England if the weatherman just hints that there may be the slightest chance of snow, the DOI (Department of Idiots) brines the roads. I like to put a sparing coat of brake grease on the caliper bracket and then install the anti rattle clips. All metal to metal contact surfaces get a sparing coat.

Zero brake dust which was awesome, but the longevity sucked and the pads actually wore the rotor! I’ve never seen a pad wear a rotor! I have been doing the break jobs on all of our vehicles at home but haven't done my 2018 F350 dually yet. The only difference between doing a minivan and the truck is the size of the rotors and pads and the cost. I can do a whole van for $300 Canadian, I'm looking at $1400 or more Canadian to do my truck all the way around. The only thing that I would have done differently actually not differently but also would of been to make sure the spreader for the parking brake was lubed up and hell maybe the adjuster also, but I'm someone that actually uses the parking brake.

That’s the most amount of anti-sneeze I have ever seen used… and I would do it the same, lol.

I did calipers, rotors, and pads on the front and every once in awhile it will pull to one side when braking. Did I not bleed correctly or is one of the calipers sticking?
