    I am doing this as part of the Core Challenge. It is my second rotation of this challenge this summer after completing the SoS. I really like this routine and always enjoy doing it when it is on Jessica’s challenges. Each time I do it I like it more as I can see my core strength and flexibility improve. Practice definitely means progress. Thanks Jessica.

    Been following Jessica since her 10 minute solution dvds & womens health workouts. One of the best teachers out there. We are lucky to have her sharing so many workouts. This workout is sneaky, looks easy but you will feel it the day after your 1st workout!

    Day 3 done! I felt awkward many times during this workout, but really great at the same time. This is why I love, love, love your challenges. I do these videos that are out of my comfort zone and are really great but don't have that dread factor of knowing I will have to keep doing it each week until the challenge is over-lol. You are fantastic! Thank you!

    My ballet class had to do a short warmup before rehearsals. My fellow dancers decided to suggest different workouts to do to replace barre for the day. As my teacher was looking for videos, she stumbled across your video. Everyone in the class had fun and received a really good workout. Thanks for the amazing video!

    So happy to have found this one. Fighting Planter Fascitis and it has been so hard to stay off my foot. I finally had to put my foot down (the good one-ha) and stop my walking workouts. I have been trying to find chair and floor workouts and am doing more stretching. I am trying to stay positive and I keep reminding myself that I may just come out of this with a more toned upper body and stronger abs! This certainly will be added to my list of foot approved workouts! Thank you for helping me keep my insanity!

    Day 3 done! I didn't want to do these tonight, but I did. Wow these leg exercise were just what I needed; my thighs and hips have been weak and achy... without pushing myself too hard, at day 28 I expect to feel stronger and more limber! Thank you!

    Wow! I've been dipping in and out of the workouts for a couple of weeks but this week decided to follow the full weekly schedule. What a start! It was hard but loved the movements which really made you use those butts, thighs & abs. Thanks Jessica!!

    Cannot believe the great workout in such a short time! I am almost 63 and starting to have some joint issues . The seated barre is so much better for me. I am so glad to have found you. Also on a side note you just seem so sweet and kind . Just feel so comfortable like you are a daughter or old friend.

    Fall Fitness Challenge Day 6: 6 days in, and I'm already feeling a positive change in my energy levels. I complete my workouts in the a.m. to make sure I get them done, and waking up in the morning has been much easier. My nightly slumber is also more restful. I am falling back in love with fitness. ;) Have a great day all!

    Because I don't own weights, I did this workout instead of the first one of the september's challenge. It was fun but challenging -- perfect for me, I've been sedentary for a few months and today, I start working out again. Thanks Jessica!!

    I haven't done this one in ages. It felt really good to do floor work again after doing so much cardio and HIIT lately. I loved the intense focus on the core! Today's T25 was Cardio and Adriene's Foundations of Yoga was Tree Pose. I was able to do it with foot on thigh on both sides for the first time ever although I was more stable on my right side. I feel so strong today!

    Another excellent workout Jessica. I did this one to complement Day 5 Core Control for my Summer of Strength. I will feel it tomorrow I think. My goodness was I pleased when you said only 5 more hip lifts. This is tougher than it looks. As always during your mat workouts my cat Cally joins me to keep an eye on me and motivate me. Somehow during this one she ended up with all the mat and I on the floor during the sitting arabesque. Enjoying the SoS and I am so glad I purchased the downloads but it is wonderful to also fit in some of the UA-cam Workouts that I haven't done yet. As well as an SoS it is a summer of exploration.

    I have to admit, I don't think I did all the reps for every move, but I sure tried. I still loved this one. I'm looking forward to seeing how much I improve over the next month!

    Very unique workout! I can honestly say I've never done one quite like this. I missed some reps of some of the moves simply because I couldn't keep going on some of them, but I did all I could and I feel certain that my muscles will know tomorrow that I did something different today!

    I haven’t done this one in a while. Strained one of my inner thighs during Taebo, have to take it easy, this will be perfect. I will say it’s bittersweet to see Peanut. I hope Jessica posts again soon, miss her!

    First half of day 6 fall challenge done. Thank you for keeping me motivated, was a little low yesterday because I missed my bonus workout. But my back and shoulders are so sore from the Chisel & Burn, I think I deserved half a break. But definitely floor barre and a little cardio tonight, loving the challenge so far!

    Awesome I did it! Day 1 with this. I've been doing other core workout and wanted to mix it up since I haven't lost. More then 5 pounds. I'm going to do the 6 week challenge. I weight 159 & my waist is 38 inches. Thanks Jessica for giving me hope!

    This is Day 5 for me...I had a lot of yard work to do yesterday, which was a great workout for the day and I had to skip the last 2 workouts in your challenge because 1) I don't have paper plates as of yet and 2) I don't have a stability ball. Great workout today...I really love Barre. Thanks, Jessica, and of course, Peanut!

    I'm going to try this. One Yoga Booty Ballet Live DVD has some mat barre legwork, and, man, did that make my stiff, sprained knees and lower leg muscles feel goo- ood! They were popping and loosening up, next day.

    Day 6 done. With the parts of the routine that required lowering my legs to the floor, in order to keep my back from arching I had to lower them as far as my back would allow. I have a natural curve in my back so when lying on the floor I have to tilt my pelvis so that my back is flat on the floor but it means that I can only lower my legs so far. Also lifting my legs up together whilst in a seated position was unsuccessful as I still have to work on my core muscles so I alternated legs which worked just fine. This is a workout I will have to keep doing to strengthen certain areas. Glutes were screaming. I did however manage to complete day 7 after. Looking forward to the yoga one tomorrow.

    This is day 8 for me and I really loved this workout! It was so much fun and I felt like I was able to get great muscle engagement with each movement. Rounded it out with Pear Shape workout and Flat and Fab Abs.
