Thank you so much Candace! I've been doing your videos pretty consistently for 2 years now. Started with your 20 min video for beginners, and now I've tried almost every video! They've helped my physical and mental health so, so much. I avoided this video for months because I found it too difficult the first time, but now it's one of my favorites! Thanks for all you do!
You are my Favourite yogi. You meticulous directions, calming voice, and gentle encouragement give the perfect balance. Thanks for all the wonderful practices. I love the 30 minute practices, they are the perfect length for my lifestyle. Please do post more 30 minutes!
Just went to give this a thumbs up only to realize I'd already done that previously! Had the longest, toughest day at work. This was so relaxing, yet still a work out. Exactly what I needed! Thanks girlie!
Thank you for producing these videos. Your instruction is easy to follow and the variations in time and technique make my daily yoga practice doable no matter how much time I have to commit to my practice on a given day. I recommend your videos to others who just don't have the time to get to a studio. Again, thank you.
I stumbled upon your channel by accident about a month ago after having taken a break from yoga for a while. I'm so happy to have found you- you've reminded me how much I enjoy the practice! I only wish you were in my city so I could take a class live and in person with you. Thanks so much!
Hi Candace, I just want to leave a message to tell you that for some reason, of all the yoga youtubers, I love your videos the best. Your voice has become an important part of my daily life since I discovered you a few weeks ago. Thank you. :)
Amazing flow. I liked the medium pace where I could settle into my breath and the postures and also get nice and warm in my body. Some new and interesting transitions too. Thank you!
The sun dial pose was challenging and interesting! I really enjoyed this video Candace thanks for sharing your practice with us! Looking forward to more videos!
+Marigo Plastourgos New videos are posted every Tuesday! Thanks so much for stopping by, feel free to check out forum.yogabycandace.com if you ever have any questions and yogabycandace.com for more in-depth yoga stuff :)
What a wonderful Practice this was. After a long day at work and stress, I find myself in a different place with you! Thank you for your expertise! I am glad I found your Site. I can't wait to share 30 minutes of my day with you. I have added your yoga to my Weight Training which is 3-4 days a week along with cardio. I hope to work up to the 60 minute Classes with you! Thank you So much!
I know what you mean. In Shavasana I was completely gone, not in my thoughts at all. I was imagining tracing the outline of my body and facial features, and then I began to visualize having sand poured over me and it started to flow over my body like water, then Candace said, "Now begin to wiggle your finger and toes..." Couldn't believe it had been 5 mins already!
One of my favorite classes so far. I have been doing your practices for about 6 months now and I am so thankful. As an athlete who likes to train diversely, your yoga classes are super helpful for my rest days and rest weeks. Thanks so much for sharing! If you are ever doing a retreat or class in London, I will be there :)
More perfection. This one felt a bit more advanced for me - I didn't read the description before the practice -- LOL. I feel the benefits of it and I'll return for more. Thank you for this offering!!
This is day 6 of continuous yoga for me. I am loving all your videos! I'm 10 months post baby #2, and find it so convenient to be able to participate in my home. Thank you!
Wow loved this practice! The transitions were fantastic, you always give me something new to be excited about. I am hoping one day soon you will come to Canada for a retreat. Thank you Candace once again.
I have done this sequence several times and I didn't even attempt sun dial pose. Today I just tried it and was able to do it effortlessly! love when this happens no stress from forcing just practice and it came on its own :)
Just discovered your channel in the last week and been absolutely loving your yoga videos. Great mixture of challenging and satisfying, really great thank you so much!
Really enjoyed this video :) Was exactly what I needed. I am started to feel more at ease in my practice of yoga, more confident in my poses. I was also listening to Tibetan Singing Bowls which really seals in the love. Namaste!
I would never have imagined I could pull off the sundial pose (only one side though) until now, discovering new potential with every video :) Thank you, Candace! x
I loved this practice! It was refreshing to do something different, I usually opt for core strength yoga or arm balances! I particularly loved to do the sundial pose :D Thank you, Candace! Namasté.
This was super excellent for my sides! I especially liked the side bend where my leg is out to side & I bring opposite arm overhead. Such a neat stretch! Thanks for sharing such lovely flows that anyone can do! What a nice way to start my 2016 Christmas day! Happy Holidays! (BTW: I got on your mailing list & sent you an email from the welcome email. You inspired me to go to my first aerial yoga class!! I completed my first ever handstands & inversion headstand (helped that I was suspended in a silk rope!! Haha!!)! I'll meet you one day & give you a huge thx u hug!! Namasté!
Yay, thank you so much for letting me know! Lauren forwarded me your email - thanks so much for sharing! I'm so honored to be a part of your practice and will take you up on that hug when our paths cross! Merry Christmas!
+Anna Brittain Good to hear!! Feel free to pop over to yogabycandace.com or forum.yogabycandace.com if you need more in depth tips or help as you ease back into the practice. :)
I just came across your channel and I have to say that I am in love already! It was relaxing, but I could still feel abit of heat building up. There were a few poses I hadn't come across that way which was interesting. Also, I love how calm and collected you are. Can't wait for my next practice :)
This was wonderful! I'm brand new to yoga (my husband got me a one month pass for Christmas) and it's just what I need. I'll be checking out your other videos for sure!
+victoriapottle Awesome, hubby of the year! Hope you continue to enjoy the practice! If you ever have any questions feel free to head over to forum.yogabycandace.com or to yogabycandace.com - we're happy to help!
Great video. Nice relaxing stretches, I even still broke a bit of a sweat! I'll def. have to work my way up to the 3rd version of that last pose! Would you suggest your tight legs and hamstrings video? Thanks for the practice!
Candace, I started watching your videos a few months back--it was so hard to find a yoga channel I consistently liked, but I've been happy with your vids! I have tight hips, so this one, as well as the 15 min for tight hips video! Do you have any recommendations for working through the videos, or just whatever feels right? From one young professional to another, I love what you're doing, keep it up!
+Ginny Tonkin Hi Ginny, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a message! So you have a couple options. Either pick and choose based on your energy levels or your goals, or you could follow along one of our 30 day programs. They're all listed at the top of my blog (yogabycandace.com) or if you download the yogabycandace app (just search yogabycandace - no spaces - in the app store), they're all going to be up there within the next week.
Definitely enjoyed this one! Just one question to make sure I'm doing it right: on the last leg stretch with the 3 levels, on level two I felt it mostly in the side body and didn't feel much of a stretch in the back of my leg. Should I be feeling more of a leg stretch? Thanks!!
thanks for the great yoga flow , i just find it difficult to stay still in a balanced position I am always shifting or rocking my body how can enhance my balance thanks again
Hi I am a new subscriber. I am so glad I found your channel. I really enjoyed this flow, it was nice and relaxing. Looking forward to exploring your channel :)
+queencs12 Thanks for subscribing! Don't forget to download the app so you can take yoga on the go - just search 'yogabycandace' (no spaces) in the app store. :)
Great video. Not enough inner thigh. I find it almost impossible to find a video that opens up the inner thigh and strengthens it. A million hip openers though.
I am a bit confused regarding the savasana.. didn't you say it would be 5 minutes? In the video it was like 1 minute.. was I supposed to stop the video at the end?? Apart from that I really enjoyed it. I would suggest to include a relaxing pose at the very beginning though.
Oksana Vascege one of the reasons it’s important for her to talk through the session is because some people are blind or may not be able to see well enough to follow closely. Keep talking through your sessions Candace. You’re doing awesome.

Thank you for being my home yoga study, guiding me in lengthening, strengthening, and relaxation!

I've been doing your practice videos for a week and a half. I love them more than any I have ever done!!! Thank you! You do a wonderful job!

Great video. Nice relaxing stretches, I even still broke a bit of a sweat! I'll def. have to work my way up to the 3rd version of that last pose! Would you suggest your tight legs and hamstrings video? Thanks for the practice!
Yes, definitely!
30 minutes feels so short with this Yoga. Namaste!

+Yoga by Candace around 24 minutes in.
Love your videos so much! Thank you :) The savasana was a little short here I thought?
+Caitlin Fortier Sorry about that, Caitlin!! I hope that's the only one where it's a little short.

Ooooh new favourite! #instafam
This was great! ❤️ Always tight in my sides. I gotta say though, I never seem to get much out of hovering knees. 😕

+Reg. W. Sorry, that was an editing error! All other recent videos (within the last 10 months or so) have a full five minute savasana.
I LOVE HOW BENDY I AM GETTING IT'S SO FUN
Yay! Best attitude to have!
Waking up after Shavasana wondering where I am and what day it is ... 🤭
Nice sequence, but non stop talking.... gosh, it’s really annoying.
noted, sorry for talking
