Hi Strell,Nice video once again as usual.One thing I found Is right now I think most Of the electric scooters available in in Kerala right now(Hero and all) doesn’t need a licence & registration to ride coz of its low power.But Ather 450 and Upcoming Chetak need license right?Please mention it clearly next time.Some people in Kerala might have a misconception that electric scooters doesn’t need licence.
Yes. There are two types .low speed electric scooters and then there is the high speed electric scooter which need registration . Low speed electric scooter have lower kWh and higher one but obivious have higher kWh ..ather has 2.9 kWh ... Also when it comes to subsidies like the fame 2 u will get that also for only high speed electric scooters...I had brief test drive with ather recently ..please do check it out
