In case of practicality it's the opposit. Ather is the real practical one. But ola isn't. Ola has tons of useless features.. Like party mode, artificial sound, hill hold assist, nearby unlocking, etc.. Such types of features is for fancy purpose only, never gonna use in real world.

Many are reporting cracks, body panel gaps , screen issues , rubber switch controls which wont last,touch screen reponse during rain etc. 2. Though the underseat storage is big, it cant fit in a normal/full-size helmet. Only half face helmet is possible (which is worst for our head safety). Also, the boot doesnt have any light. So in pitch dark, we wont be able to see anything. 3. Motor heating issue still persists. Ola uses "passive cooling system" . It doent have any dedicated fan as well as proper vents for heat dissipation. You cant ride more than 10kms in hyper mode. The vehicle will automatically go into Eco mode bcs of overheating. 4. The floor board is useless . The main reason why people (especially indians) prefer scooter is for practicality. Ola fails in that department. 5. The front portion for keeping phone is useless. It can fly away anytime. Only small inch phones (less than 6 inch) can be kept. That too at your own risk. 6. Since there are no showrooms, the future service experience is questionable. Also parts availability and thier costs. 7. From the launch of ola scooter itself, the company is not able to keep up the promises. They are blatantly lying regarding many things and making false claims. Example : they claimed range of 181 kms. When we went for test ride it was 155kms. When scooter started getting delivered, it was 135kms. When final customers tried it, only a few could get 135kms. Rest all got between 100-120kms. 8. All promised features are yet to be provided. They have basically launched a half baked product in a hurry-burry. 9. The suspension (both front and rear) are new for scooters in indian market. Though intial impressions are good, we have to wait and see their longevity. 10. Since this is an imported scooter (Etergo),it is basically made for european roads. Our indian roads are very different and hence we need to wait and see what happens. I really hope Ola make these corrections asap or else it can be a disaster for sure in the long run!
1. Suspension is better experience by real owner 2. Only 1% scooter have panel issue 3. They are providing services if u experience any manufactured defect. 4. Initially Ather also provide scooter without features such as Bluetooth and some people experience lag in screen. After 6month they provide features through OTA update 5. Ola said that they have range of 181 km according to Arai which is government organisations. Petrol scooter also advertised on basis of Arai. 9. Many petrol scooter and bike does not have enough boot to fit fulll face helmet. Even new Jupiter have same boot space like ola 10. Even though ola heat in hypermode but sports mode give speed of 95 km equivalent to ather speed. Many user itself says that they can't use hypermode for long drive as mostly ride in cities bcoz u can't charge it in highway if u run out of charge.
All companies having miner issues for some models but it's k Ola having better performance seating power design all awesome surly little bugs having in future OLA is the KING
They are not explained the total amount to pay buy customers for Ola,to get in their name, they said only 104000, but it reached 1.5 lakh, in kerala,added many unrevealed amount while booking time, it is costly. This is cheeting to customer
