- In this video, 9 minutes strong ballet back workout from ballerina Maria Khoreva, we are going to work on improving the strength of our back in under 10 minutes. I tried to pick the exercises for this routine that wouldn't be targeting the same muscle groups so that all of us can manage finishing the workout and benefitting from it! I enjoyed filming this episode a lot and ended up quite liking the order of the exercises so hopefully you do too!

I didn’t love watching it 🤣I loved DOING it 🤣😍🥰🙏 After the workout of only 9 mns I could feel a lovely warmth In my back. I like that the name of each move is clearly written on the opposite side of the screen move image/video so there is no confusion 👍💖👍. I surprisingly found no 3/4 difficult 😞 so these two I will do properly step by step. Love the shell extension which I do when practicing yoga : such a nice warm feeling. I retain from all your workouts that BALLET = Balance, strong Back, strong Legs, strong Arms, strong Abs/gluteus = strong Technique not forgetting strong Person, courage, commitment and a big smile and much more ….😀. I have been able to find my way through your ballet exercises since beginning of pandemic when you kindly started your workouts especially designed for everyone’s home landscape constraints 😅😉. This has given me a nice feeling of elation and accomplishment. When I go to ballet classes here I understand better what ballet is and implies. Thank you again and again, Elsa 🙋🏻♀️🇬🇧💖💙💖💙

i like these but dont like long intros, dont need to go through exercises for 9min videos because i just want to get going!! :) also dont like this slow music. love the music from other back workouts. but overall i appreciate all these videos since ive been injured for 4, months foot fracture
