This is supremely cool. Just bought the new Slaves to darkness army box and I've been trying to find some inspiration for paint jobs. I don't want them to be simply black with a gold/silver trim. I think this video gives me my answer! Your recent video on "dark" slaanesh is also perfect for the demon prince in the box. You showcase some techniques and paints I've never used before but I think patience will see me right, Excellent videos, thanks bud!
Brilliant work, my brother! This Sigvald looks absolutely badass! This was the perfect noble bright model to give the Grim Dark treatment to! Keep being a badass, my brother! ~ Wolfbrother Methos
Thanks Sergio! I always find it helps to explain why I've used something rather than just telling people to use that particular product. It's all about making things work for you!
Its all about aesthetics buddy. This hobby is all about subjectivity. And for me, yours is the best I've seen. Pete the Wargamer did an incredible vampire conversation using this model that I love too.
Great stuff Rich - lots of little bits I'll need to go back and look at again later when I need to dirty up some gold. You mentioned about golds being too bright and yellow - Darkstar do some lovely green tone golds that play well with the S75 Necro gold - I believe Victorian gold is one of the names.
It really does all come together right at the end! I so need to get braver with my weathering 😂 can't wait to get to the oil washing stage with my death guard 😮
Haha it really does! That bravery comes with confidence, plenty of practice to learn how it reacts and you'll get there! Hell, I still mess stuff up regularly!
Thank you , Rich-ard Yup This mini defo needed grimmed, But I dont see any bolters , and No wolves , space or otherwise , Nice job though Brother , :-)
It's nice to meet Sarah who has the same hobby.^^

It was going great, then the mud and blood made it EPIC! Excellent stuff!
Thanks bud! The weathering at the end is what always brings it all together!
Fantastic video with some excellent and unique tutorials! Loved the clean airbrush + loaded old brush splatter technique!
Dude I absolutely loved this video. It's weird and a bit of a contradiction but I love how clean and how dirty he is at the same time. Nice work dude
Thanks bud! I know what you mean, it's almost a bit of an odd balance inbetween!
Love this interpretation! Well done!
Thankyou!

Thanks bud! Definitely agreed, just annoyed I hadn't discovered them until now!
thought I left a comment here lol Great video mate. absolute juxtaposition of what Sigvald us about but it was well executed!
Haha thanks bud! You know I love turning things on their head!
Best version of this model I've seen
Thanks bud! Not sure I'd put it near the one done by Sam Lenz though!
