What a home! This house is just my style. Sadly I am a little short in the wallet. I love all the built ins not to mention the one thing you can’t change-the gorgeous view! Me I would want the outdoor kitchen- mainly because I love cooking outside, plus if you put it near the pool area you have a place for drink storage so you are not having to walk up to the house.

Are flies or ants a problem?
not really. We are in a tropical environment on Hawaii s there will be bugs but like anywhere we have pest control people.
sleep there for 1 week, 1 month max... flies, ants, spiders, birds, geckos, u name 'em, and the worst of all u dont wanna fuck arround with .... termites, u just cant control them. divide the price by 10 before you buy
