Maybe this presenter style cater to an american audience with this over the top-energy. I would probably ask - politely - for such a sales person to calm down, and let me explore the place more calmly and then give me information I don't have and to answer questions.

I'm confused about the pool area. Is there two pools or is that a roof, it looks like it has a rooftop pool but doesn't have access which can't be possible so I thought it was a roof but it looks like a pool? are my eyes playing tricks can someone explain, please.
Very nice location, good presentation but sadly even in a video you can see that the workers did not finish off the work properly (0:22, floor offsync, 1:19 stairway bottom not smooth, etc.) Besides that - if you put in another 100k you can prob. fix it.
Honestly, it feels a bit disconnected to the environment with the exception of water at the foyer. I get compound vibes vs villa. The view is stunning though!

Just keep in mind your not buying a home your leasing the land. So you could spend 5 mill and not own anything once lease is up but the leases are pretty long just make sure you read the fine print.
I don’t know how I feel about the ONLY kitchen in the house being outside and not enclosed. I can only imagine what it’d be like to cook during a tropical storm and your foods just blowing around everywhere.
Your presentation was good but it’s not worth anything like $5m USD. It’s in Samujana and the biggest villa there on a double lot was for sale for years and couldn’t get anywhere near $5m.
A question: do snakes come to visit? 🐍 I mean, open concept of these houses + lush greenery around must lead to encounter with wildlife, right there in your living room 😱
While showing the Marble top fitted Cabinets under the veranda you actually had No idea what you were talking about… ( These are coolers with doors and Drawers 😂 ) OKAY 👍, What make are they ? What are they made of ? Are they hand made ? .. Show what’s inside space wise ….

I don’t think there’s any water up there. It might just be how it’s colored. But it would make for a kick-ass lounge area or hot tub spot.
