I'm not saying that I'll NEVER get a residential lot like these that you post, but I love watching these videos that you present professionally well. Your charm on camera and your communication with your camera-man is just a joy to watch your videos. The tour and B-rolls are so well done that I could never keep my eyes off your show. The decor on this house is beyond. It gives life and warmth to a house that's very minimal and concretist, perfect combination. What stands out to me is the patio on the main bedroom with the view and the access to the pool. Thanks Enes sharing this amazing content with us.

Recessed main entrance of this house with the front side alley beautifully landscaped is what dreams are made off. It draws you inside while being mysterious, at the same time, gradually building up towards the main event. Every part of this house speaks to you almost on a subliminal level. As I said what a stunner, a true testament to the art of architecture at its highest and purest form. Houses like this make you a believer that true architecture still plays an important psychological role on the road towards achieving truly esthetically advanced society, where our nature and our homes will coexist in pure harmony.

11:01 to 11:11 At first I hated the white oak wood flooring and white walls color scheme in my new apartment but Enes and Mikey made me appreciate it and now I love it ❤️
As a floor specialist myself, I'd have to agree with those who say it's not a good idea to install hardwood floors in the bathroom. You can achieve that same exact warm look with an LVT (Luxury Vynil Tile) without worry of making an expensive mistake! 😅

Here's a fun drinking game: take a shot everytime Enes says "Now" as he transitions from one room to the next! I love the lines of this house and it's simple/clean lines.
Guest bedroom suites are really unique by bringing nature seamlessly inside of you sleeping quarters. This, in combination with very creative interior design and finishes so organic to the overall architecture make these sleeping quarters extremely personable and cozy. Each of those suites just pulls you in, makes you wanna stay there longer, spending personal time in quiet contemplation. Again, thank you Enes, it’s a pleasure.

Enes, I am in complete agreement with Mr. Williams in support of Standard architectural prowess. The house and the landscape surroundings, including pull, look inspirational from every angle. So often architectural products stand in conflict with the land. Not this one. A special beauty of this house is that it feels as if it’s organically growing from the land. Enes, I love the cars you drive to match with the home. The Land Rover was a perfect fit for the exterior design of this house, great choice!
This is the very definition of cozy. This house in this price range is perfect for a family with children. The house is very warm, and because it is not too big, it feels very interactive. The wood tones and the light entries really work and more importantly the house feels functional. I can see my family and pets having a blast in this house.
