- This new 1 hour workout is the perfect “one stop shop!” Get a fantastic full body workout while strengthening, stretching, sculpting, and sweating. This intermediate / advanced workout has that fluid Pilates feel but also contains cardio bursts throughout - the bursts last anywhere between 15-60 seconds. You won’t know long the bursts are…so I ask you to go as hard as you can - moving as quickly as you can with proper form of course, until I tell you to rest! This channel is so high quality, I can't believe it's free. I always searched for someone with ballet background, since any other workouts and trainers are not flexible enough and the way they do exercise is not properly done in my opinion, they re not flexible enough for me, and this is gold! I can use my full motion and finish a workout with felling of using each muscle and all the splits. :)

Hello lovely Desiree, I haven't been commenting lately but I have been doing all your workouts. I am doing this one today after work and really looking forward to it. I just wanted to mention that a while back you commented on your IG about someone telling you that you did not look healthy and some other nonsense. I can't tell you how angry that made me and what a completely ignorant thing to say. Not only are you the epitome of health and strength but during my cancer treatment you were my "coach" who made me stronger than I ever was. You look amazing and jealousy is usually the trigger to those comments. Ballet dancers are athletes and Pilates trainers have an incredible strength. Your workouts have become a part of my weekly routine and believe me, I am very picky about my workouts. Sending a huge thank you and love!

I have to admit I was skeptical about this class - Pilates with cardio bursts- but I loved it! The burn was awesome! Had to modify the plank jumps as my foot is not 100% from surgery but still got my heart rate up. Thank you so much!

Desirée, this was a challenging little class towards the end but oh so much fun! I enjoyed the sporadically interspersed bursts and I worked up quite a sweat.
