Awesome flow for when you want to move but also want to really stretch out and chill out. Loved the amount of stretching work weaved in to all of the strength moves. I feel 10 feet taller!

Desirée, this class is phenomenal! You’re really exceptionally creative! This workout has several moves which are new to me. I really enjoyed them. I loved loved loved the abs exercise combinations and, although my buns are sore from your buns and legs class I took yesterday, I enjoyed the bridge series very much, too. And the side-lying exercises and how you transitioned us to them…. Etc. Etc. Etc. Honestly, I had great fun the entire class and the 40 minutes flew by.
I must also compliment you on your attire and matching mat. You looked lovely! Thank you for yet another wonderful class. 😘😘😘

I feel like these workouts are excellent for rebuilding the core and pelvic floor after birth! I get dizzy very easily during your workout. what did I do wrong? Or is it about my body?
Please help…
It’s really hard for me to say what you’re doing wrong without seeing you move. Be sure you’re breathing when exercising and make sure you’re hydrated...the lack of either of these can cause dizziness. 🥰💖👍🏼
