Keep up the strong work. You've motivated me in so many ways and helped me to make some substantial shifts in my life trajectory when I was dealing with the worst dark nights of my soul. That very attitude, that weaves its thread thru all of yours and Julie's podcasts, enabled me to step away from 33 years as a cop to run a vegan B&B! I was scared of taking the leap but your words and life example gave me that self belief.... Been two years now.... I've since includedmeals, cooking classes and linked adventure and outdoor personal training to it.... All reflect me and how I live. Love it!

The podcasts are great for running, working out, driving. The vlogs are visual inspiration and reinforcement. Often I wonder what how the interviewee looks and moves - so those outtakes are great. Keep them coming!
I recall that you were unsure about maintaining a vlog , but I think the strength of content is derived, in part from community!

Great vlog, I really enjoyed it. Also, I just finished the Robin Arzón podcast - it was fantastic. Loved her energetic attitude and especially the tough love. Just shut up and DO whatever it is you want to do. Move to create action. There are no shortcuts. BEST ADVICE EVER. I've got 'Finding Ultra' on hold at the library for my husband and I to read. Love this Rich! Seriously we need a book, or series of some kind on the Warriors path. I'm now in my mid 40s and in a period of reflection of a 20 year career in the fitness industry wondering where I go from here? I love fitness but feel like I'm no longer on "my path".
I spent last year becoming a yoga teacher and found it opened so many questions about myself and my journey/life... My Warriors path isn't 100% clear but I'll get there!

I read yesterday, "Often we stand at life's crossroads and view what we think is the end, but God(Universe) has a much bigger vision and He tells us its only a bend." Today avoid any sign of self-pity.
The meaning in this for me, is the momentum, movement, direction, decision, opportunity, enjoyment, love, caring..encompasses all.
I know and love Malibu Creek State Park. We have hiked the trails and have walked past the Mash site many times.

Great Vlog Rich you've definitely found your groove each Vlog has a unique feel similar to the RRP! The trail looks amazing epic scenery!
Those words at the end are so true and resounding sometimes we have to look at the bigger the picture and plant the seeds for our future and trust the journey.
I'm missing these vlogs. I don't care to watch other people's vlogs. There's just something special and different about the 'energy' in these videos that puts me in a good space. I'm hoping we'll see more in 2018.

For me as a beginner (I startet running 14 month ago with 30 kilo more and 20% adipose more) your vlogs, your podcasts and your book, which I'm currently reading, are a wonderful guideline for finding my better me.
