Caring for caregivers

Nadine, a clinical manager, oversees a team of caregivers and sees her role as serving, as opposed to managing. She tells colleague, Victoria, she strives to be a good leader by making sure her team feels supported and they should hold her accountable as she will hold them accountable to do their best.
