    Heat sugar and lemon first until they’re melting .Then low the temperature and add honey,and turn off the heat and add nuts

    Made these just then.
    The basic premise is just like the 'Honey Joys' we used to make when were were kids.
    4 cups of dry healthy nuts and seeds - roasted.
    Mixed with cooked sugar and honey syrup. Yum !!

      That's true but you could customize this in ur way replace the sugar by dates you could soak and make it a paste then cook it medium flame it gives the same consistency as sugar if it's runny then add some toasted it's powder it's definitely healthy now.

    Maybe we can replace the sugar with oatmeal powder because I'm not fan of sugar, also I think it can work without heating the honey because it's not healthy. Great recipe though. Thank you

    I made this recently and it tasted AWESOME. There’s quite a bit of sugar used, so it was so dangerous that I couldn’t stop my hands going to the bars again and again…(coz I loved the taste)❤️🤩😅

    I will try this but will replace honey and brown sugar with jaggery from my village. We get it for free every year so no need to buy brown sugar.

    Everything is fine but you never heat honey. While heating honey it lasts it medicinal value and becoming unhealthy. So kindly pore honey without heating. Thank you

    Too much sugar plus honey. I would replace it with sugar free apple sauce or smashed bananas and put in oven to harden it up.

    Oh wow. I use all the nuts roast n grind thm in fine powder as shown along with little oats powder,melon seeds, Sunflower seeds nachni n rajgira atta,gond or dinka in Marathi 2 tbsp of Halim, dry dates powder,black raisins n dates slightly shredded.mix well.Heat 1 cup of jaggery,after it melts turnoff the heat add 3 cups of above mixture.mix well n form laddoos.Store in air tight container.Have thm first thing in the morning followed by green tea.I also add methi powder to the same if I want to make methi laddoos during winter.

    Save our teeth pal, put the nuts in a food processor and dice them smaller! lol Tha is the biggest mistake with these types of healthy snacks, people tend to wear out their dentures, by trying to have a healthy body. This will have the same health properties with the nuts diced up.
