Hi LW, Rhino is not the best App for mesh even it has some commands for it. I will suggest Zbrush, if it App is too complicated for beginner, you can try Sculptris. It is a baby version of Zbrush but good enough for some organic shape. and It is FREE!

Mesh mixer, blender, zbrush or rahino.because my job is engraving and I need tiny details needs engraving on sculpture, so I scanned many coins, but their tiny details skipped, so how to put and clear tiny details with sharpness. So which software best results these tiny details and sharpness in STL scanned file . please guide me better software,for best results
Hi Sonu, I have not use all of them, and may not have the best answer. Rhino definitely not a good choice for mesh editing. My experience for zbrush will be a good choice.

depends on the contract. most of time is stl file.

Mem your mean scanner scan STL file editing , zbrush is best for me. So learn zbrush instead rahino for STL file editing.

Rhino is not a super program to edit stl. I will suggest you look into Zbrush.
