Anyone struggling with getting fit due to health issues, start the routines seated with a pair of light dumbells, and stand up and do the routine when you can, even for a minute, then return to seated. Commitment and perseverance, just keep turning up. It is what I have done, and continue to do, the change in my fitness and strength is just amazing. Just start where you need to start x
yes... I am now on the right track. I have had many challenges but I have overcome them. I workout 6 days 20-30 mins. Some seated with other trainers(sry Rick) but If I'm not feeling it then I rest. Take it one day at a time. You got this!!!!!

Thank you! I turning 63 Saturday. I had a stroke year ago, had a bad fall 7 months ago nerve damage on right side now I have neuropathy.. I used to be in shape and run more I gained 25lbs depressed…. I came across you and thank you thank you ! I can do it in my living room. You are easy to follow !!! You are what I needed to get my mental back by exercising I can do at home!!! Thank you again

This was so fun! I have asthma and it's difficult to exercise when it acts up, so your low impact workouts are the best. I really enjoyed the faster pace at the end, I feel great now!!!
This combined with the 6 minute cool down is very similar to the rheumatology aerobics class I took at my local physiotherapy department in 2019 (sadly they were no longer running it after all of the lockdowns ended). I've been struggling the last couple of years to find something similar to that class that works to get me moving without causing me to have swollen joints or repetitive strain injuries. I've finally found it! I've been gradually working my way up to the full 25 minutes since the start of June and it's been going so well ❤ When I'm ready to move on to a harder challenge I'll definitely be checking out Rick's full low impact program! ❤❤❤❤
