It genuinely wouldn't surprise me if later in the campaign they all go to sleep, Travis makes a roll, and then gets up from the table with all his stuff.
I want to say that if that were to happen both Travis and Matt would have a plan. I have a feeling that Bell isn't meant to be a permanent character. If that's the case he probably has a backup all ready to go. I like the idea of him making that roll and Matt describing Bell drifting off into oblivion... then they go to break. When they come back, Travis isn't at the table. The group wakes up, sees that the old man's dead, give him a proper burial, then move on. A little while later they see a stranger walking along the road, and Travis sits back down at the table. . . . . . . . UPDATE AS OF 11/4/21 . . . . . . . . . . . I expected this to happen but I didn't expect to be this sad about it. RIP
This is when I realized I'll probably have a hard time not laughing whenever Bertrand interacts wth anyone really. Travis's impression of old men are so on point
I remember in the chat after Orym said "I just take his finger and..." (miming taking him back to his bed) someone commented "That wasn't his finger Orym."
I loved Travis playing old man Bertrand. He was absolutely hilarious and I'm sad to see the character go, but I'm very curious as to who he'll be showing up as next.
I don't mean this in a shipping way at all, but based on the speculation that Orym is a widower, its so funny to imagine his "nice swordwork" line (coupled with him awkwardly complimenting Dariax's butt in EXU) as his attempts at flirting and finally getting back out there, which I love if that's what Liam's going for; just that scene where he just kind of stands in the hallway and basks in the awkwardness of that whole encounter is very funny to me
I don't know, Sam and Liam definitely stole a lot of the show in my mind in season 2. Caleb and Nott had my favorite stories of the bunch. Laura was incredibly immersed in her role as well. I personally wouldn't put Marisha at the same tier as them as far as staying in character, though that's just an opinion.
@@Priceluked I know that this is an unpopular opinion among Critters, but I actually didn’t like Caleb. I’m re-watching Campaign 2 right now (they just made it to Bazoxan on the trail of Obann). And I have to say, I still find Caleb extremely annoying. I always skip past Caleb’s long conversations with other players, and I love the few times when Beau and Fjord just said, “Shut up, I don’t care what you have to say. Goodnight.”

What, like Bertrand dies in his sleep? Oh boy that would be sad
😭 nooo
HOLY SHIT
Dang, but at least he would die peacefully in his sleep.

Travis had me rolling. dude's comedy goes severely underappreciated.
Liam plays the perfect foil for him too, let's him shine :)
No it doesn't, he's the funniest guy one the show! And the audiences self-insert
Bertrand is Travis' clear attempt at avoiding any future romance
Yeah...
silver foxes, man, silver foxes
about that... lmao
@@sm3xym3xican76 I mean comment still applies true
And yet he seemed kinda flirty
I feel like Travis took the whole Fjor-getful thing personally, and now has an excuse for it this campaign 😂
Possible
My favorite part is later, when morning comes, Travis says “Bertrand wakes up at 5am naturally.” It had me rolling.
Orym: *getting ready to say he feels bad for waking Bertrand up*
Bertrand: who are you????
Orym: *no longer feels bad*
This is when I realized I'll probably have a hard time not laughing whenever Bertrand interacts wth anyone really. Travis's impression of old men are so on point
Me: Grog and Fjord were my favorites. This time someone else's character will be my favorite.
Bertrand: Roshad Brario
Me: never mind.
He's basically joe biden. Think about it, a confused old man who keeps falling asleep
@@tinylittledragon9412 You are not wrong.
This was my first full CR episode, and man the “Who are you?” had me ROLLING, keeping up with this one
everyone missing the marisha's "bertrand is naked" line is my joker origin story
yess same! I was disappointed nobody talked about that

@@echoc7213 im CACKLING
People did notice it and Sam seemed to continue the joke with something that we can't hear.
In-Universe, this dude who's older than dirt fell asleep standing up. That's Impresive.
Man’s running on fumes
I like Orems quiet resolve he casts a large shadow for a lil fellow. He really seems like the “ you will not pass” guy as the team makes their escape
I love Sam's reaction to Bell...I can tell he will love Travis' character
In Laura's mind: "I've just ran into my future and it's hideous."
JK
Goodnight Bertrand…
I hope before Betrand dies he becomes a sort of teacher to Orym so it’s a little extra sad.
Honestly still miss Sir Bertrand Bell.
Liam be thinking…. “Oh if only I was Lieve’tel right now….”
Oshad is Travis real character.
I loved Travis playing old man Bertrand. He was absolutely hilarious and I'm sad to see the character go, but I'm very curious as to who he'll be showing up as next.
exactly my thoughts
This is peak travis. I keep coming back to this clip
Rashaad…. Brarium….
Goshod... brario...
Bertrand is easily Travis' best character
Every new episode brings me closer to death, expecting the new and most likely badass intro!
thank u so much for the captions 💚
you're so welcome! ♥
Orym's alter ego, Nancy Orn
Every time I watch this clip, my day becomes a little better :D
Fixed subtitles should be added tomorrow! Edit: Subtitles are fixed

orymiax is top tier ship
Witch episode is that? I must have missed that part
@@gabrielsantos2430 Orym complimenting Doriax's butt? It was ep 6 of EXU, about an hour and twenty minutes in when they're all sharing secrets
@@naaziaf7239 Thanks!
That wasn't his finger, Orym
Sam dying at every old man joke gives me life.
Man after tonight's episode I really miss the old fart 😢
Burtrim is my favorite
Matt has to be the best roleplayer, Travis second, Liam or Marisha third, and the rest tied. In my opinion.
@@PassingMaxQ shoot, that's a given. I should've put him at the top but I was just thinking about the players. In fact, I'll do that now
