Ooh, maybe they should have a kid? Hopefully if they did, they wouldn't call their child some kinda weeb-shit lol. Disclaimer: No hate for Ronin, just making a cheeky joke about naming their kid after a Feudal Japanese Samurai.
@Dayspring Cheeky: Showing a lack of respect or politeness in a way that is amusing or appealing. As for whether or not you personally found it amusing, I do apologize for the subjectivity of humor. I fear there's little we can do about that I'm afraid. But regardless, rest easy knowing my little joke wasn't made with any ill-intent. I adore the cast of Critical Role, and would go so far as to say I consider Laura and Travis to be the best Role-players of the Group.
you can tell Travis loves to get a laugh out of Laura at least as much as she does... every time she can't keep it together because of something he does, he is positively glowing
I knew from the first second that he showed up that Bertrand wouldn't be around forever, but I kinda wish he had been around for a good 20 episodes or so for more antics like this. He's HILARIOUS
I think its a reference to the Search for Grog one shot where Bertrand first appears. Since that one shot happened in 2019 I don't think its exactly a reference to Chet.
Laura and Travis have unrivaled chemistry, they should get married or something.

Hope Travis is back soon

Possibly even raise a kid together

I'm not sure if they are roleplaying or this is just a glimpse of their home life.
Glimpse into their home life
"Try not to look like you're hitting on me."
Fjord and Jester was them when they first met, but this is them now.
Travis is suddenly understanding the appeal Taryon had to Sam, I think :P absolutely hilarious to witness!
Bertrand was only there for short time, but man was he entertaining. I'm excited to see Travis' character
I really hope Imogen has to follow someone again and uses skills she picked up from Bertrand.
It was such a joy to watch Travis play Bertrand :'D
I'll miss these moments
Man, I could hear Imogen speaking all day. Oh dear...
Man, Travis had WAY to much fun as Bertrand. He was comedy fire the whole time!

Bertrand had so much more potential, shame it got cut short :'(
10:05 Laura breaking into laugh the second time is the best. xD
i need the side by side of this and Fjord/Beau at the party with the dragonborn
This episode was peak Bertrand comedy. Travis was on fire, then he went on to play fuckin Chetney
@5:35 the double lean by Liam and taelisan is amazing
The interaction inside the bar feels very Reno 911. I love it.
"You done made me cuss" 😂😂 Laura is so funny omg
This is definitely my favorite Bell moment
This makes me so happy, I come back to it almost daily.
Rewatching this now and could the “Whispering Werewolf” have been a slight reference to Chetney??
Oooh nice catch!
I think its a reference to the Search for Grog one shot where Bertrand first appears. Since that one shot happened in 2019 I don't think its exactly a reference to Chet.
1:05 is the most southern thing I've ever heard.
I just keep watching this scene. It's so funny!!
Is there an option I can get on my GPS for Bertran voice
Tavis’s trying not to laugh face is everything 😂
This whole sequence is a testament to Robbie's internal machine saying "What the f&$k did I get into?" Either that or the man has constipation.
literally sharing one brain cell
9:17
Was that a Hamilton reference?
1:28 a reference to Chetney?
I certainly wouldn't be surprised if he had Chet on the brain lol
I actually prefered Bertrand to Chet.
