Well it actually happened like that in the anime Kinda The emerald splash thing happens then DIO yells ZA WARUDO Then Kakyoin flies back The part of when we see DIO's time stop is just a flashback
Especially with how dramatic the set up is. Dio makes it look like he's about to do something really impressive, and then he's barely hanging on to the back of a car.
Can you imagine the terror in Kakyoin's death, from Joseph's pov ? You're like: "Dio won't be able to do a thing due to Emerald Splash!", the next second you see Kakyoin fly into a water container with tremendous speed and his stand broken to pieces, with Dio barely moving an inch.
Polnareff had it worse imagine walking down stairs no matter how hard you try to go up them and when you tell your friends about it they think you're stupid

This would've been an interesting way to do it for David Productions, not show time-stop from his POV until after it's revealed. Basically once Joseph yells "The Secret of the world is time! He can stop-" That's when it starts showing the world from within the Stands view of time. Because A) those who care if it's Manga accurate already know the surprise, and it lets those who didn't read the Manga get a unique view on the Twist.
The defeat od Dio was actually what made me not wanna watch the anime anymore, dude can stop time and lift a fuckin road roller but loses to a teenager whos only characteristic is being edgy, at least Dio had an actual interesting character smh

This would've been an interesting way to do it for David Productions, not show time-stop from his POV until after it's revealed. Basically once Joseph yells "The Secret of the world is time! He can stop-" That's when it starts showing the world from within the Stands view of time. Because A) those who care if it's Manga accurate already know the surprise, and it lets those who didn't read the Manga get a unique view on the Twist.
they did it with The World's first introduction against Kakyoin, but for other time I think they have to opt for the normal ways for narrative sake

fun fact,dios road roller time stop didnt end at jotaro resuming time,it actually ended at the smoke moving before it turns blueish gray color,jotaro just resumed his own time stop,that had a 1 second break from dio's time stop

King crimson works by first looking ahead with its foresight. Then it frees Diablo from the flow of time while you kinda stuck in the current of time (if you catch my *drift*) and without knowing you have suddenly moved 10 feet with your fist extended and your very confused but you dont remember doing this cuz u could never react to diablos movement in the first place so whole ur confused Diablo lines up a strike and kills you. This is what I think at least. Basicly this might not match you would be playing out the events of you actually were to hit Diablo or do whatever.
Just imagine that King Crimson is the server host and he is using a lagswitch against his opponent .
