Mene abi muscle loss kia ha i mean abi bi kar raha hu shoulder injury ki vajah se shoulder ki muscle me pain ha to ab me gym jaunga again to kya muje 20 ki rep range me train karna chahiye ya jaise pehle karta tha 12 ki usme
bhaiya agar sare muscle building hypertrophy k liye 6-10 rep lagate hai toh ABS bhi toh muscle hai osme kyu nhi ata koi weight laga k 6-10 fail rep, kyu hum 100-100 rep lagane padte hai?

Does strength training have carryover to real life ???
Can anyone just verify if what I am doing is right or not, I would first do a warm up set of 10-15 reps that would get my joints and muscle moving. After that 3 sets (or 4 if I like doing that exercise at that time) of failure with a weight that would be so that I get failure between 6-8 reps to start off and I would do it till I hit 10-12 reps easily and then progressive overload like this. I have both size and strength goals simultaneously with a goal of a aesthetic body so I won't get sad when I look myself naked. Please help me with your comments 😄
